Home Electronics Specialists recently installed a key-less fob/card access security system to our apartment building in Hudson WI.I would like to point out that both the manager and employees performed exceptionally well and were very knowledgeable. They were informative and possessed good work ethic, doing the job neatly and in above average detail. They kept us, the clients, in the know of all important details, plan changes, and potential issues.I am convinced they provide the best service at an exceptionally amazing price point for this type of installation in the area.Thank you! We've had excellent experiences in two different homes/systems with Ryan's team at HES. They completed a thorough evaluation of our current state and offered tailored recommendations for our desired state (internet, tv, and sound system). The plan fit perfectly and was more than fairly priced. Customer service throughout the process was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Had them as security monitoring for my security service. Paid them to set up programming for all of my zones. Has a different company do cameras, etc. for my home, and wanted to switch away from HES. I called, and they were rude and refused to give me the programming codes I PAID FOR! After pouching them, they said maybe they could get out there in a couple weeks (an obvious stall to try to keep the business). So, I had to pay the new company to re-program and switched away from HEV on the spot. Note - when you use a home security firm, demand you get the programming codes/information for when you may want to switch, and the company losing the business suffered from short sighted business disease".. I learned this the hard way........"

He was willing to spend whatever time was needed to assure I was comfortable with the complexities of our new home entertainment system. Ryan, Jim, and team have been phenomenal to work with! We constructed a new home, and Ryan quickly adjusted to my level of understanding and needs when we had the scoping meeting.The install was top notch, and they were quick to work with me in adding/installing security cameras as well as ensuring everything was installed per the internet service providers specifications. They went the extra mile to help us work with the ISP to get internet to the home in an expedited manner.Thanks for all the help!

We purchased the security system, including the security video camera package. The video portion of the system hasn't worked properly since the day it was installed. Cameras eventually began recording video clips every minute, including the accompanying push notifications. I had so many notifications that I had to silence my phone. I did have a tech come out, but he was unable to resolve the issue. I eventually figured out that one of the cameras was malfunctioning, possibly the cause of the problem. I called for tech support but was told that my camera was out of warranty. I argued that my camera malfunction was well within the warranty period, but they refused to do anything more. They claim that their camera supplier...Alarm.Com, wouldn't allow them to claim the camera under warranty. Apparently, Home Electronic Systems is more concerned about staying on good terms with their supplier than they are about customer service.
