What an Amazing Studio!! All the instructors are kind and truly happy to see us whenever we get to go! They have a bunch of classes available at different times throughout the week including Yoga & Sound Meditation as well exciting new active classes! We're looking forward to our next class! Thank you Lauren & the Girls! This is just what St Paul AB needed!! An EnergyBoost !! And they even have Yoga!

Great fitness studio! The instructors are so welcoming and friendly. Always have a great workouts! Vibe and Lift'd are my my favourites but they are all good. And kid friendly classes which is amazing for us stay at home moms!
