I was fortunate enough to find Nathalie last summer when I needed some painting done in my rental condo in Hochelaga. I knew right away that I wanted to work with her based on her friendliness over the phone and her willingness to discuss and recommend paint options and answer a whole lot of questions! She provided professional, meticulous painting services and left behind a clean work site. I hope to work with her again when I move next summer.Spring 2023:I posted the above review on Houzz last summer and I am happy to report that I just had another great experience working with Nathalie! She brought her attention to detail back to my condo this year for a bigger painting project that included ceiling and wall repairs. The big holes drilled by the electrician look like they never happened, and my open concept condo walls look fantastic. Nathalie is trustworthy, she has a wonderful skillset that goes beyond painting, and she's a great resource for home repair/paint/decor advice.

She was very thorough in her quote, making sure she understood what we wanted and very informative about our potential choices. Not only was her job extremely well done and meticulous, but she also took the initiative to correct the work of some previous contractors that hadn't been done as meticulously as hers, which would have impacted the final look of our place. She was very reliable (came when she said she would and/or gave us notice if she knew she'd have delays), easy and quiet to have around the house and cleaned up the space at the end of everyday of work. Nathalie says her mission is to make you smile when you enter your home, and she absolutely accomplished that.She's professional and responsive. She always kept in touch and made time to answers questions and discuss plans.She was sensitive to needing to work within specific timelines, and very accommodating in terms of how she worked with us to schedule the work in a way that would not be obtrusive while we were working from home.Her attention to detail and pride in her work came through in all the many repairs and preparation that was required. She has a wonderful eye for colour and design which makes consulting with her incredibly valuable. She patiently walked us through many options, and provided wonderful and useful advice in making the right design and colour choices.Overall the experience was fantastic as we really felt we had enlisted the service of someone who was both talented and committed to the project.

Nathalie painted a large bedroom, a smaller one, and a small utility room in my condominium in Verdun. Significant wallpaper removal was involved.
