I love the atmosphere Mainstreet has, As soon as you walk-in you are greeted with a big smile and hello, They ladies are always so helpful!I also love how inclusive the store is, From being a plus sized person to LGBTQ, POC etc they really care about the customer and how one feels when in the store and that stands out to me.The prices are fair for what you buy, good quality and brands If you are in a pinch for something cute well stopped in Kamloops I recommend

Very troubled to see the review yesterday that has now been removed. I would hope that the owners took the time to address the situation with real compassion, accountability and professionalism. POC often can feel targeted, neglected, overlooked or are viewed with suspicion in stores- I have felt this..(even Oprah has been public about these situations in retail).Making someone feel singled-out, embarrassed and humiliated is never okay. I understand that it is difficult to run a small business in a pandemic, but as owners you must do your due diligence to make sure safety is prioritized and that customers are not singled-out or targeted. The most important lesson is how you can learn from this unfortunate situation, not perpetuate it again and make amends to customers that you cannot risk losing.

I've always had a good experience and the only place I go if I want up to date clothing!

I love shopping at this store. I always have very personalized service and gifts i buy are always loved. The owner and her girls are so great at what they do. We are so lucky to have a store like this in Kamloops. Not hard to see why they received a Business Excellence Award. I love how they support the Community by giving back (Hospice, Food Bank, Wildlife Park, Royal Inland Thrift Store, Out in the Cold, and others) and also keeping us safe by following Covid protocols.
