Chelsie is amazing! My Pomeranian has never looked so proper, not only did Chelsie do an excellent job, she sent my dog home with treats and photo's of her experience. My dog is generally very shy but had no issue being left with Chelsie, and really appreciated the 1 on 1 service. Chelsie is great at communicating and making sure she is the right groomer for you and your dog. Her services are worth every penny. She also got my dog in on her day off!

Yesterday I took our dog to Chelsea for the first time. He had had bad experiences with a groomer before and even though he is the biggest sweetheart- was very scared and untrusting. Chelsea was so patient with him, going slow when necessary. We picked up our dog and for once he wasn’t shaking and sick!! We will be using her from now on! She did the best groom he has ever had, and took time to answer all of our questions. She is willing to build relationship with him at future grooms doing what’s necessary to make grooming a good experience for him from now on. Couldn’t be happier! Definitely go see her!! Heidi Block

Chelsie gave our goldendoodle Tim his first hair cut. He came home happy. His cut looks great to. I think it was a great experience for Tim’s first groom and the many more to follow! We really enjoyed working with Chelsie.

Chelsie was amazing. Just moved here from Ontario and desperately needed a groomer. Chelsie was quick to respond and very accommodating for an appointment. I was nervous to leave my dog with someone I didn’t know but Chelsie made me feel like I had know her forever answering every question I had and taking good care of my girl! She really showed her all kind of love even sending me a picture during her blow dry out to let me know she was ok. If you want basically a personal groomer for your dog she is the girl!! I recommend her in every way. Thanks again for such great service.

Chelsie is truly awesome! I was skeptical at first, dropping off at the park, but after looking at her website and reading her reviews I'm SO glad we decided to follow through with the groom!! Sophie looks & smells amazing! Ontop of a wonderful puppy cut, Chelsie made up the cutest dog treat bags as well!! Thank you Chelsie!!

Chelsie groomed my goldendoodle and I absolutely love his cut! Chelsie was professional from the minute she responded to my message in a timely manner. She was so good with my dog and my dog absolutely and very clearly liked her. She also added a beautiful bandana and a little doggy goodie bag which I felt was such a wonderful and sweet bonus to the beautiful job she did on his groom. I can tell chelsie takes pride and precision in her work. I highly recommend chelsie to anyone who is looking for a professional, talented and trustworthy groomer for their beloved pup!

Chelsie is the best! I was nervous about my pug Callie going for her first groom. She HATES her nails clipped but Chelsie was up for the job and got her nails filed down and done. Not to mention she was so accommodating when it came to scheduling an appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Chelsie!

I took my pup to Chelsie for the first time yesterday and she did an amazing job with this cut. Her grooming station is clean and I felt really comfortable leaving my pup with her. Chelsie is super sweet and listened to all my dogs needs before taking him in. I definitely recommend Chelsie to anyone looking for a more personable experience with their groomer. I will be using Chelsie for all my dog needs going forward!!

AFTER I GAVE MY REVIEW:This is my experience and my opinion. When I confront Chelsie about wanting to charge me full price for a full cut when more than half the job is completed, she harasses me via email, defending her position, and AGAIN, same stuff, now online when I give a review - see her response below. AND on top of that she's now saying botched" and "uneven"
