After they did away with the value menu/ add-ons, tacobell is too over prices for what you get. The amount of meat in their tacos/ burritos is pathetic. I cant remember the last time i got a filled burrito or taco from tacobell. This location is especially bad at giving out fire sauce packets. The size of your order doesnt matter, they give you a small hand full of them.

Got 2 value box meals $10.99 each. Says reg fries but got it in a sleeve that's usually a small in every other fast food joint. The One taco had basically nothing in it like you could count the amount of items in it. Like 3 dice tomatoes 2 pinch of cheese mostly lettuce and a teaspoon of meat. The other had more stuff but still sad looking. The taco Supreme was the only item that was decent. The burrito was cheese and bread with a thin line of meat. Taco bell is not worth the money for what you are getting. Especially this place that seems to skimp on the ingredients

This place has really runny nacho cheese sauce, and doesn't have any flavor. They must cut it with something. To top it off , to replace fries with chips and cheese is an extra 2 bucks here. Never had that at any other taco bell in the area. Avoid .

Prioritizing Uber orders over a massive line. I just needed to buy a drink and I had told the woman behind the counter that, but still she would not serve me at all. Terrible manners as well, awfully dirty looks and each time I tried to ask her if I could just quickly grab an Iced tea she would put her finger up to insinuate asking me to be quiet.

Please trust the 1 star reviews you are seeing. Head office needs to step in. 18$ worth of food barely made me feel less hungry. The following image CANT be right for an 8 dollar sandwich. Less than a palm full of meat on these.

They did get the order right and followInstructions …. But $7 for a tiny little burrito! That is insane! Much better off getting a triple size burrito for pretty much the same money from burrito boyz. This location is charging high prices but giving tiny portions compared to other locations. Staff were friendly but wow come on guys I just spent over $50 for not much food. You may think you are saving money and making more profit by giving customers smaller portions, but all you are doing is losing customers. It’s advisable to rethink this approach.

Worst TacoBell ever. We did it again, picked up dinner from this Taco Bell hoping it might be better than last time. We were wrong. Ordered some fried supreme, taco supremes, and soft taco supremes. Nothing supreme about any of the order. Brought it home only to find a complete lack of toppings on everything, wilted lettuce, and fries that I can only assume were cold even before they put any toppings on them. If we compare this location to a Taco Bell we visited in Niagara Falls, NY just a few weeks ago, it seems astounding that these are the same fast food chain. If you look at all the other reviews of this Mapleview Mall location, please believe the single star reviews, and be sceptical of any review greater than 2 stars. If you are thinking good affordable Tacos is what you are in the mood for, look elsewhere because for the money this place is not fast, cheap or good.

Always get my order wrong, I’m always missing something.I literally just got home from getting my food and there’s stuff missing. And I found a hard piece of chicken in my fries.. Never fill the fries up with fries or the cheese. Workers also have to speak up because I can never hear them. And my Big Crunch is literally so pink inside. So disgusting. I’m not exaggerating

If I could give 0 stars I would! What a waste of $60! Didn’t get one item I ordered. The hard tacos were soggy and cold, and had no toppings just beef. Nachos soggy and cold. And the burritos were all wrap no filling! Will never order from here again! What a waste and disappointment.
