Staff are really nice and helpful!They were able to find non-slip black and white tiles that other places couldn't find. It was a special order and arrived in a time-frame as promised, and reasonably priced.Our laundry room looks so much bigger now. Thanks guys for helping us pick this tile.

Know all there is to know about tile, imports themselves. Only place with reasonable prices and bilingual workers. Definitely would come back for my next renovation.

Do not, on any account do business with this company. The owner will lie to you just to get your business. Never , ever give them any money up front. They continually lied to us about delivery and we are still waiting on our tiles 3 weeks after being told they would be here in 1-2 weeks. They gave all kind of excuses and refused to answer our calls and messages. Buy somewhere else.

Went there and back 3 times to decide.Eventually we decided and selected product which we were pleased with.Installed (by others) and we returned the unopened boxes for refund.All handled well.Pleased with service and special mention to Gaurav for his service.Not the cheapest for all tile (as they can explain to you) but for quality tile, very competitive.Thanks

We came in from Vancouver Island with a general idea for a new house build, and was given professional, hands on help, very courteous, and with exceptional experienced staff. Without question will he returning to Tile Mart for any other house builds and or renovations. Worth the drive!

Lisa Saunders was our rep and she was so amazing. We took on the task of redoing our bathroom, and Lisa held our hand through all of our decisions and offered us great quality product. Many headaches were avoided and my marriage was saved Thanks to Lisa.

Do not do business with these guys. I wish I read the reviews before dealing with them. Just like other people stating the sales person will say anything to make a sale. They told us to give them a rough estimate of how much flooring we needed and we can return any unopen boxes. Their invoice clearly states that they do not take returns and that they charge a 30% restocking fee.

We have been going back and forth trying to get the bathroom of our dreams. We received good customer service from tile mart who had a lot of variety and assisted us every time we visited. They are even currently looking to see if they have the matching flooring to our exisisting flooring in their warehouse(flooring installed by the previous owners of our home). They are very knowledgeable! We have purchased the kitchen tile from our home and I hope to update this review.
