They pick up and hang up the phone immediately. Impossible to reach anyone. Won’t respond to an email. Won’t respond to my family doctor’s referral. Won’t pick up the phone. Can’t leave a voicemail. Not goodEDIT- Following the clinic's response claiming my review is made up, I will clarify as follows. This review is made under a pseudonym for my privacy. My family doctor tried to follow up multiple times about my referral, including sending it again, and I have also followed up directly by email and telephone. We have not received any responses. The review response from the clinic is nonsense. Patient intake and communications at this clinic needs serious improvement.

Great people, very nice, personable, most importantly, straight to the point.

I tried contacting them several times by email. They responded saying I would be contacted by the clinic manager in a few days. 2 months later I’m still waiting. Glad I wasn’t actually ill. Just another example of Canadian healthcare.

The Dr couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Did not feel comfortable nor was I given treatment options. Waste of time. They are out of touch....

My wife has been trying to call and it keeps ringing and nobody answers for more than a week. she tries at least 4 time in a day.I am really interested in HIFU, since you guys reply only on reviews

Call, email, nothing. You would think a private healthcare office would value business and not be as bad as the Canadian public healthcare system. You can’t possibly still be having phone problems and if you can respond to Google reviews, you can respond to emails. I can’t believe this place expects you to pay for care and yet doesn’t return any communication. Mind boggling.

The front desk receptionist is extremaly rude, they hardly picks up phone or returns to voice mail and when they do, they rush through it. The website says the usual appoitnment time is somewhere between 1-2 weeks whereas the actual is up to 12 weeks, save yourself some time and go to private clinics in Quebec, offering appointments with a day or two and not charging much, waste of money for OHIP to run these clinics, doing no good to the taxpayers!
