I would highly recommend The Home Guyz from my experience with realtor Cris Vidal. I expected apartment hunting 500km from Ottawa to have its hurdles. But despite distance and circumstances, Cris was able to conduct virtual showings for me so I'd be confident in my choice. Cris was easy to reach, easy to talk to, incredibly professional and flexible. He always got back to me promptly, and even moved his schedule around to prepare documents to make a quick offer late into the evening. I was happy to have his knowledge & experience to help guide me through the process. I had an amazing experience. My mortgage broker referred me to Nilo & Cris. They both went above and beyond to accommodate. My transaction wasn't the most straightforward as I had viewed a property I really liked just before going on vacation. Cris was extremely helpful in arranging the home inspection, deposit, and document preparation while I was outside of the country. Nilo was extremely helpful during my viewing of the property and provided me with some amazing tips and feedback about my new area. I can't thank both of them enough!

Purchase for March 2022: My experience with Nilo surpassed my expectations. He was always very prompt and thorough when I had a question. Working with the home guys (Chris and Miguel) was a great experience as they were both very supportive and available. I had hoped to have help finding a rental. I asked for info about a number of properties. The first time I was contacted by William, he said (based on one personal factor which is confidential) that we were not perfect tenants. And that was it. No response when I asked for Information and no properties seen.
