The new Jysk on the north end is fantastic!! It's huge first of all. Great layout and selection. Helpful employees that you can find! Don't forget about this store when needing new home items. They have it all.

Just bought my first home ever we decided to go take a look at Jysk a few weeks ago. The assistant manager I can’t quite remember his name but he was awesome he took care of us right away and helped all the way till we were ready to leave. I’ve never been happier with customer service in my life. I will for sure be coming back.

I love the fresh new store Red Deer. Everything is layed out nicely.Shop around before buying. Some items are marked too high. Furniture prices should come down a bit. Sofas are nice but for the price you could get better quality and comfort from the brick. They do have great selections of pillows and other items which I found quickly.If you adjust a few more prices I will give you five stars.

Hello I wanted to share my shopping experience at Jysk. I highly recommend this store in Reddeer. The manager Mandy was amazing answered all my questions. From all professional service offered from the warehouse where my product was loaded into my vehicle to cashiers who were very friendly and efficient. Well done Jysk. Love the new location. I will return.

I love this new location. The store is so well laid out, the aisles are very easy to navigate, it's bright, you can see from one end to the other. It's easy to find what your looking for. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It was first of many trips!

After a long day shopping and not finding anything we needed for our project, we found ourselves at Jysk. There were so many pieces we were looking for and within our tight budget. Crystal was so helpful and so friendly. She found all the things we needed and called another location to arrange pickup for the pieces they had out of stock. She was kind and went above and beyond to help us. Crystal, the manager and the staff were the best part of our day. Thank you so much for the help.

I regret to inform you that my recent visit to this furniture store was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service was truly awful, leaving a lasting impression that will discourage me from ever returning.During my visit, I purchased a table, three chairs, and a bench. I was informed yesterday that the bench was the last one in stock, and I was shown the floor model which was final sale. When I expressed my desire to have a larger table, the salesperson assured me that they had it in stock and I paid for everything before leaving.Today, I arrived at the store to pick up my purchase, only to discover that they had made an error and did not have the correct table in stock. The only table they had available was the floor model and another one with no legs. Despite my willingness to accept the floor model, I was not willing to pay full price for it.The manager then attempted to sell me the floor model after an hour of waiting and not really welling to make their mistake right. So we go tire of waiting and I requested a refund instead, she informed me that the bench was final sale and I said I want a full refund. This was a clear indication of poor business practices and a complete lack of professionalism.As a customer, I was left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received. It is evident that this furniture store lacks adequate communication and organizational skills, leading to significant inconvenience for its customers.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against shopping at this furniture store due to its poor customer service and lack of professionalism specially from the manager.

Unfriendly staff, everyone is too busy chatting with each other behind the counter to acknowledge the customers. They also need background music: the store has a weird warehouse vibe and it’s to quiet, not comfortable to browse or a welcoming location. Won’t be back
