Case Mark has been amazing throughout this ordeal as I have had to use them a few times for situations since I have been going threw my lawsuit.The staff ask questions but they are so nice, very friendly and very genuine and understanding when things arise. Even in the beginning when I had just gotten a lawyer their wasn't much to go on I still was able to get some money. I didnt want to borrow but when your in a tight situation you dont have much of a choice. Update: Most give reviews (bad ones) when things don't work out for them. That said, I was recently denied for a 5th loan yet I would still recommend them if in need. Very professional, sure everyone claims to be for the people but at the end of the day its a business. They are very good at what they do.3.9? I find that laughable. CASEMARK not only assisted me when needed but allowed me the opportunity to not have to take the 1st offer. VERY professional. Let me say it again VERY PROFESSIONAL! I am a real client and I take pride I giving only the most honest of reviews. Other places MAY be cheaper (I'm guessing as I've never used anywhere else) but CASEMARK is the real deal.C. Wilson

Casemark staff have been extremely helpful and understanding of the stress I’ve been under after my car got T-boned 3 years ago. I was feeling really helpless since I was injured badly and I was quickly running out of funds. Casemark worked quickly and kept me posted through the process. Now I can get back to focusing on recovering!!

They gave me a small initial loan, and when I had contacts them for a second loan it took over 2 months for me to get a reply. When I emailed them and asked to withdraw my request, they asked me to wait and that they would get back to me. When they did, they declined. Thanks for nothing, and stringing me along during one of the hardest times of my life. Find another lender if you are in need of funds.

Perhaps one of most poorly managed companies I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Details on document completion is poorly constructed which lead to 3-4 visits to a notary to complete. June 2022 I was told all documents were completed to their satisfaction. Nov 2022 I received a call that there are revisions now required and I would once again need to have a notary sign this, then deliver downtown where I will need to pay for parking. Notaries are not a free service and this has put undue financial strain and stress on me, during an already stressful time. A loan shark in the Bronx may have been a better choice...

The service is fast and but they hid things... I told I need it for 2weeks max to payout for insurance.. they charge me a fee and than did not tell me about 6 months interest for paying early.. that is not right or far
