I recently purchased an engagement ring from Philippe and had a great experience. Philippe was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was on a tight schedule as me and my girlfriend had a trip coming up and I was planning on proposing during the trip and he made sure I had the ring on time.He provided expert guidance in helping me choose the perfect diamond, explaining the differences between natural and lab diamonds, and addressing all of my questions and concerns. I also really appreciated the fact that I could customize the ring as much as I wanted as I went to another jewelry before Philippe’s and they didn’t give me too many options. The final product was beautiful and my girlfriend (now fiancé) couldn’t be happier.The ring size was not the right one and he changed it without problem and at no extra cost (I understand this is an industry standard, but still I think it’s worth mentioning that it was a smooth process).Overall very satisfied with my experience, gladly recommend him!
