Me and my friend just went to this joint and had the absolute worst experience. The pizza smelled like it had some ingredient gone bad and on making it known to the employee, they said they made it all fresh but we saw the guy put frozen pizza in the oven amd take it out and give us. He was non accommodating once we made it known to him and we had to leave to avoid an argument. What a waste of time and money. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Niko (hope I got the name right) went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my food and service. There has been change in ownership and I highly recommend to give it a try!Update: I was there recently again, they are making lots of improvements as they go. Lots of fresh slice options, different varieties of pop, salad. And you always feel very welcome there. Love it!

I love Pizzaiolo but this Queen Street location is the absolute worst.This was the third time I ordered from them since moving to the east end ...each time hoping it would be a better experience than the last, but sadly they just got worse.Delivery takes far too long (even when there’s no rain or weather issues), they don’t understand what “well done” means, and their customer service is terrible.After complaining about my pizza being undercooked, they offered a replacement “right away”. The replacement took an hour to arrive — and the kicker, it was also undercooked! They did provide a refund but not before the driver passed along a message from the owner to me to say that I “should never order from them again”. Wow.

Pizzaiolo has great pizzas and one thing that makes this location stand out is the staff, especially a young man called Nico. We are local and every time we walk in, he greets us warmly. He makes small talk not only with us but with every customer that walks in. If we decide to dine in, few times he comes and asks us if everything is ok or if we need anything else. He definitely makes the experience of just grabbing a slice of pizza extra special. It’s the little gestures that makes a place stand out.

I've ordered from this location many times. Always fast, always fresh, follows the instructions. The thin crust is so good and the cup pepperoni option is awesome. Best chain pizza in the area hands down. The pizza is never over or undercooked. Perfect amount of sauce and they load them with toppings. Thanks for another great order.

I was heading to pizza nova on the corner but was so disappointed in the stale garbage they had so I tried Pizzaiolo and was greeted with friendly staff and a fresh straight out of the oven slice.They have a bowl of mints by the way which is a lovely touchI will be going back for sure

Cashier was very kind and welcoming.Food was interesting in a good way. Their creamy garlic dip was very good.
