Seaway Physiotherapy is great! I went in with a back problem so bad I had a hard time walking. Their experienced, professional, and friendly staff knew just what to do to eliminate my problem and rid me of the pain. The place is kept very clean and they follow Covid-19 protocols. Any one who needs physiotherapy this is the place to go. Thank you very much Elizabeth and Tim and all the rest of your courteous staff.

From the 1st time I called, to the 1st time I met you all, to my 1st physio session, you have all been so kind, caring and passionate about your treatment plans and how to make your patient be the best they can be. If you want to see one physiotherapist for your treatment don’t go here. The place is messy and dirty. I had four treatments and never with the same physiotherapist and no clear treatment plan. The last treatment was with the owner who was too busy checking her phone, as it was binging in my ear the whole time, to adequately provide the service I should have received. She provided me with a filthy pillow, with no pillow case as well as a used towel while providing a totally substandard service. In addition, I was given a physiotherapy assistant instead of a physiotherapist without even being consulted and then they had the audacity to charge to same amount of money for the service. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE IN A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. This is an extremely unprofessional clinic.

So impressed and pleased with the professional service extended to every client who attends Seaway Physio! The receptionists, Cindy and Maddy are so pleasant, HELPFUL, kind and patient!The lead therapist, Elizabeth Wood is knowledgeable, competent, professional and genuinely cares about the well- being of her clients! Elizabeth is a breath of fresh air! She exudes compassion, kindness and her effervescence is contagious!Extremely positive experience!

I highly recommend Seaway Physio! Everyone truly cares…..great staff, knowledgeable therapist, and hands on. I now know what to expect when comes to my health and I wouldn’t settle for anything less. Everyone is like family and so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommended the Prescott clinic and it’s totally worth the drive if you live out of town…..big thanks to the staff there, Jenna, Liz and Brian, all of you! If I could give more stars I would!! After suffering with Tinnitus for 5 months I started going to physio therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the atmosphere is clean and very upbeat. I am very pleased with my treatment plan and would recommend them to any one suffering like me!!! Thank you for giving me my sanity back!!!!

--- ALERT ---I had a stiff neck for 4 days so I booked an appointment over the phone asking for treatment there, told them it was for a stiff neck and likely needed a massage.I showed up and inquired at the reception how the process worked. The nice girl at the front said I pay; $85 for a one-time assessment and then $60 for the treatment, I asked about what a $60 treatment gets me, in terms of time, and she said once I paid there was no time limit for the treatment, whatever time it takes. So after speaking with her I agreed to proceed and shortly after I started the assessment. After 35 minutes of mostly paperwork and a questionnaire and only seconds after my assessment had completed I was told they had no time to give any treatment and in fact I would have to wait a month for the treatment the assessment result said I needed; which in her words was all you need is a couple of massages".In shock by what she revealed and in a lot of discomfort; I went back to the reception and explained that I only agreed to proceed with the terms discussed under the condition that I get treatment today. Frustrated I asked her..I didn't need to spend $85 to be offered to book a massage a month later did I? She offered no explanation or recourse and only asked for my money.I believe it's downright medically unethical if not fraudulent to subject someone in pain seeking treatment an option like this only after you have their assessment money. I would have never agreed to have an assessment if they had told me first that they had no time today[or this month] to give me the treatment I needed. I feel I was totally scammed by this business and left in more pain than what i had when I got there. After a follow up call to to the business once back home to further explain how unreasonable it was to take my money and offer no treatment in a reasonable time frame they had no remorse and no intention to try and rectify the incident. I plan to contact The Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) and seek guidance for next steps."

Seaway Physiotherapy took care of all my needs, very informative team of Therapists, Therapy assistants and administrators. Very clean atmosphere with all Covid protocols in place. They work with my schedule as best they can, providing me with knowledge on my treatments, billing inquiries, privacy, respectful and friendly staff who listen to my needs and bend over backwards to see my needs are met. Everyone at Seaway Physio is knowledgeable and great to work with. It's easy to trust what they are telling you is best for you. They know their stuff. It is always a friendly and light-hearted atmosphere that makes the process of healing that much better. Thanks to everyone at the clinic for helping with my recovery. You all have left your 'mark' on me.

A staff that genuinely cares. You are not treated like a number. They thoroughly explain your injury and why the treatment will work. During this pandemic, staff have worked extremely hard to provide a SAFE, CLEAN environment from floor to pillow. They treat you, you follow their advice and then you're better and moving again.
