Wide selection or clothes and little gifts. Some amazing candles with great scents for men and women. Jaylynn helped me find a perfect candle for my mom with such a nice attitude. Definitely going back!

I am giving this review because they make it very difficult for exchanges. My husband and daughter gave me a sweeter for christmas and it did not fit. We came back on Dec 29 to exchange it (for a more expensive one) and they said they dont accept returns or exchanges until after January 9th. I got covid so I came back to change it on the 24, exactly 31 days after it was bought and the lady saw the receipt and told me I was late and she had to call her manager. She was nice but she was new and by herself and the manager didn't pick up. I asked her to text me and I would be back 2 days later, she did. I went again for the third time to the wem just to exchange it and this time the receipt was lost and it was a different lady (the one who sold the sweeter to my husband and she even remembered him). She said that withouth a receipt she cannot exchange it. We gave her his phone number (he was careful to provide it when bought it). She found the phone in the system and the receipt. She was rude the way she talked to us, and after calling everyone, trying the system over an over again, and tell us several times that this is impossible without a receipt, she finally was able to solve it one hour later. I feel I was very pacient and didn;t rush her, but I was clear about not getting stuck with a $100 sweeter I wouldn't use when I had to come 3 times already, when they both saw the receipt and it was also in the system!! At the end she even put a FINAL SALE on my receipt, I felt harrased. The clothes are beautiful, but they don't train their personnal properly and the lady in the wem store is very rude, so it is not worthy!!.

A really disgusting store. Not because of the clothes (though that’s debatable for some), but because of the disgusting behaviour of the staff. Following around customers who are people of colour, profiling them, and stereotyping people of colour. I went in with my mother and I could hear who I assume was the manager call her a smelly Chinese rat in her head. That’s how obvious her racism was. Do not give this place business, especially if you’re a person of colour. They will 100% profile you in some way.

I love their fashions and deals. They have some good and not so good employees. My experiences vary depending who I’ve dealt with. There is one lady who is my favourite. She always welcomes me with a smile, is informative and helpful. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been in but I will walk by and if so don’t see her in the store I don’t go in. I know that sounds bad but my best experiences have been with that lady. I’m short and a bit overweight and she makes me feel totally comfortable with my body and helps me with what looks best on me. I hate when the sales staff look at you with that look that is disapproving. This lady Cheryle is also short, but taller than so am, and understands the difficulty in shopping for nice clothing. Thank you

The manager at west end store is disgraceful..refused to exchange a dress that was torn at the seam that I noticed once I got home ..threaten to call security because I didn’t register with them when I spent $800 as I don’t want email nor my information on their site. Southgate store was amazing returned it and no issues.. but unfortunately I won’t buy anything again as corporate office apparently thinks refusal to give your email at time of purchase is mandatory..Too many stores to give my money too..the soo called district manager was horrible also.

My mom and I went shopping here this past week. We both have slim figures and it is difficult to find jeans that fit. Sue helped my mom find 6 pairs of jeans that not only fit her perfectly, but we’re totally her style. She was able to pick up on what my mom likes and what would look good on her. The discounts in this store was just an added bonus! Thank you Sue for helping us make our shopping experience amazing!

My new favorite store not only for their quality and selection of brands, but also the compassionate nature of their staff. Cheryle has gone above and beyond what I could have expected from this location. Her willingness to help me in my situation was unprecedented and I am very grateful for it. Her service alone is why I will continue to go back to this location. Thank you Cheryle!

Sip, Shop, Socialize—-what a fun evening, should definitely be in your bucket list. Sue and Cheryle were great, we definitely kept them busy and we all left with a big bag of our purchases. Would do it again.
