What a positive experience! Neil Automotive provided excellent service and a fair price. The communication made him trustworthy, and the customer service was impeccable. New tires, and a couple minor repairs has me feeling safe in my ride this winter. I’ll choose this place again for sure!

Today was my first time servicing my vehicle at this shop and I have to say Neil’s Automotive is one of the best shops I have been to. I will definitely go back if I need more repairs and would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing repairs or servicing. They are transparent and honest with you regarding your vehicle and what it needs done, which in my opinion is hard to find. They will not tell you you need something that you don’t need. They do great quality work, the staff are just all around excellent.

Neil automotive have been servicing my vehicle for many years now. I had them do a Pre-purchase inspection on a used car from a dealership in Calgary. While it seemed redundant to have second look on what appeared to be clean car, they showed me things that the dealership didn’t note. Well worth my time and money. Keep up the good work!

I found Neil's Automotive on the way to my work as i realized there was an issue and didn't know if id be able to make it home that day. I called him and he was able to get me in the same day and resolve the issue. I find Neil's Automotive extremely honest & knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Love this shop. And I promise you will too. The most efficient, honest, affordable shop we ever dealt with. We drive long distance to fix our car at Neil's, because he's the only mechanic we trust. We will never forget our first conversation with him when we complained about our car's gasket blowing up. After calling about a dozen mechanics from Kijiji who wanted to happily charge us $3000 he was the only one who replied there is no way your gasket blew up"

You won’t find a more honest or professional shop than this. From last minute repairs to sourcing discontinued parts, Neil Automotive exceeds all my expectations in keeping my ’06 Jeep on the road. Straight shooters, no up-selling, fast service, great prices. I have a good experience repairing our VW new beetle with Neil, In other shop they said that I need to replace all brakes and rotors (front and rear) due the conditions , after Neil seeing he told us it’s not necessary to replace all since only the front ones need replacement saving me some money, A honest mechanic and fair price.I recommend Neil Automotive.
