Worst experience ever. Ordered from TooGoodToGo. The items were expired 4 mounts ago and not even sealed. No food was saved from trash I presume, plus they are making a benefit from you throwing their wasted food to the trash

Finally good ice cream mochi in Montreal! Super fresh and tasty... Great choices and super tasty. Great for summer!

Small shop all frozen items. You can easily find their inventory online. They also deliver.The shop is split up into different subsections, in a single maze like path so you end up going through the entire store.It's very easy to browse and find things since the shop is pretty small and grouped: Prepared, to share, sides, starters, the ethnic food" is sort of grouped together instead of being in the "meats" section that includes osso buck and beef cheek (which is... Weird to split them up and osso buco and confit are just identified as meat but butter chicken isn't in meats?)

Mochi bar was way better than I expected. The rice is very fresh, and each flavour has a topping inside (for example shreds of coconut or pieces of hazelnut). Very flavourful. It is quite expensive though, 1 mochi is 2.60$ plus tax

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mochi here are AMAZING and come in so many different flavours. Their frozen ham is delicious and so are the chocolatines. So far everything I've had there has been delicious and easy to prepare/heat up.

A great little desert and frozen store.We were in and out quickly so I don't have too much to say other than the store was tidy and neat and fantastic in how clean it was.Layout was intuitive and if you haven't. Please please please try out the mochi they offer there.It's why I dropped by and honestly was not disappointed.Wish there was one closer to where I was but it's okay. I've rigged up an insulated cooled bag to get these precious delights home safe and sound.

I have been going to this store since it opened. I have always respectfully tied up my dog next to the front door in the vestibule and gone shopping. I was told this is not allowed. Never has been and, while they obliged me this time, it was an exception. The staff was nice about it but I still felt unwelcome. My dog weights 6lbs and is very well behaved. She has wood and not fur coat. I can not leave my dog outside because of the high rate of thief of small cute dogs.So I did my shopping but next time I come in I will be cashing in my points never to return unless you can assure me I can leave my dog in the vestibule. I await your reply. Sincerely, a loyal customer.

Went just for the mochi bar and it did not disappoint !! It was so good and loved all the flavours available to us

I have placed many orders with Cool and Simple. Their products are better than expected, but I now have 14 of their freezer bags in my home. I cannot get anyone to pick up the empty bags. Their products are great, but I'm sure that we're paying too much simply because they've not picking up the bags. If I myself have 14 bags how many are there out there, not being used? Costly to the consumer and to the seller.

Great place for buying high quality frozen food. Everything we have tried has been good, and the from the labels I have checked, the ingredients seem relatively safe/healthy. Lots of interesting and tasty looking stuff still to try!
