Lovely place!

The talent of this studio is beyond belief, and Chelsea does an amazing job on my mothers nails, and my lashes. Chelsea has put in her time and effort to be able to provide clients with a top notch, of quality job. This person breathes passion for her art. You are never left disappointed.

Its always a good visit when i come here, Jenna listens to my ideas and we come up with some wicked awesome stuff. She has helped me break my bounderies when it comes to length and i doubt i will ever go back to short nails againChelsea has been great since i first walked in. Just weeks after they opened in this location, its been welcoming and comfortable every visit ive had.I found my nail girl for life.

I've taken 3 nail courses and one lash course from Chelsea now and each time I've learned so much and I felt ready to take on clients when we were done. She's a very calm, quiet and generous person. She has so much experience and knowledge and she shares that with you. If you have questions after the course she helps you in any way she can. I feel confident in the services I provide because I took these courses. We need more people like her in the beauty industry ready to share knowledge and make you feel empowered. If you're interested in a service or a course I say do it! 100% recommend.

Such an amazing place! Friendly, clean, and inviting atmosphere. All the girls to great work, too! Would highly recommend!

Amazing place to have your nails done

Had my lashes done in Dec, within days they were falling off, so I had them redone. Again within a couple days, the lashes were falling off and thinning quickly. Chelsea offered another do-over (apparently the glue was bad the two other visits) or half my refund. I made another appt for dec 19 at 8am, she cancelled at 7:38am to cancel as she was unwell - fine.I took another appointment for the 24th, but with the large amount of snow, I was unable to drive there. I let Chelsea know with plenty of time, and no response was given. To THIS DAY, Jan 6/21, I have not heard a word from her. At this point all I would like is my refund, whether its half or all, I'd still like it. I work hard for my money and to have my $110 lashes fall out within days TWICE and to not see a dime back is unprofessional. I liked my lashes with Chelsea, I did, but this lack of common decency and communication has me very put off. This was a fluke thing to happen and even if she just communicated to me, this review would have been avoided. Do with this what you will.*also saw in another review that apparently slander is called when a negative review is left, I have screenshots.May 1/21Hello chelsea,I will not be returning for future services. This was handled poorly. Take care.
