Maps and signage lie, they are never open past 10, including the drive through. Even on the inside, whenever the afternoon crew doesn't have much to do they are wild and immature, showing that it is all likely due to lack of proper management.

Honestly I don't even want to put a starToday may 31,2023All the managers are sitting in a room talking while tons of people in the kitchen but yet no one can clean the dining room the seats are sticky the tables are gross and takes 15min for an order??If I can put a half a star that's all this place deserves.

Staff is friendly and the food is what you'd expect but this place has different hours every day. Open and close whenever they want, quite obviously poor ownership/management.

I been there twice, both times was first thing in the morning .the dining room was 100% empty the only customer's were drive through. Both times there was a huge pool of water mess across from the tills, the floors looked like they were washed with mercy water, the tables were all filthy with food crumbs and napkins. and the only bench that looked not so bad was sticky . Both times it took about 5 min for anyone to even acknowledge your there, and then they messed up the order and it was ten minutes before they got it out again. Then they gave it to the wrong customer and we had to get it from them ! I don't give bad reviews but this gives McDonald's a bad name. There is no reason for no dining room and till staff. And so much filth so early in the day .

The store was extremely busy (which is completely understandable for rodeo weekend) but the level of service and food quality was disgusting. Store was dirty, our food was delivered to the wrong table, fries were ice cold, which makes absolutely no sense because they were so busy. Condiment station was completely out of napkins and disgustingly dirty. Soap dispenser and 1 dryer did not work in the women’s bathroom. Toilets were stained.Overall, I've never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s restaurant. I do not expect a 5-star restaurant experience but I do expect a certain level of cleanliness and food quality which was not given here.

Honestly I do not like the McDonald’s here, the service is alright depending who is serving you, I’ve had some pretty rude servers. The food is what you’d expect from a McDonalds, maybe less than you’d expect sometimes. The cleanliness level is also disappointing, no gloves, I’ve never seen anyone wash their hands in between jobs and last time I ate there I found a hair in my child chicken nuggets… all in all, not great would recommend going elsewhere.

The young workers seem prejudiced and made me wait long for .my order tonight, even after the number disappeared on screens which means that your order is done. I asked where is .y order the young lady said she didn't know anything about it?I'm veryy disappointed!!! The customers monies is their paycheck, I'm sure?
