Bineesh Chadha was a crucial part of planning for our recent daughter’s Sangeet on the 13, September, wedding and reception on September 14, 2019. During our first meeting it became apparent to both my older daughter and I that we would be choosing to work with Bineesh to coordinate my younger daughter’s wedding. She came into the first meeting with so many wonderful ideas, and what struck me the most was she took the time to get to know what our expectations were. During subsequent meetings Bineesh helped us begin to visualize how our daughter’s wedding day would look like.Bineesh is a gifted professional; who not only handled the flowers, linens, table settings, guest lists, venue contract and other important details, she also kept us organized with our small tasks and time lines that were necessary for the wedding to come off as we had envisioned.  Her time management skills were commendable ; she was always available and accessible to us with our many questions and requests.  Bineesh took care of details we thought were insignificant and was able to give extremely valuable input into any decisions that we did choose to be involved in.  She was very meticulous in taking care of every minute details for all the three events at three different venues for two consecutive days. It was a Herculean task but she was gracious in her dealings with all the wedding party members and was sincere and honest in all of her communications.  She managed to create an elegant event that truly was a dream come true for my daughter and her fiancé.During our meetings or phone conversations she not only asked questions, she actively listened to our answers and new ideas and incorporated them into her suggestions and decisions.  We valued each other’s opinions and that helped to integrate all our ideas genuinely into our daughter’s wedding. Without any exaggeration we can truly state that the wedding was an exceptionally splendid event! * It was truly everything we had imagined and more.  If there were any hiccups or issues on the day of, we never knew about them because she was there every step of the way to take care of them.We would highly recommend Bineesh if anyone is looking for an event planner.There was tremendous feed back from our guest how well the two day events were superbly organized and we owe that to Bineesh.Written comment of one of our guest.*Evening reception was like a dream sequence , the venue I mean! We recently (Sept. 14th, 2019) had the honor of working with Bineesh and her team of Relax Planning for a wedding. We were thrilled with how organized she was....as a venue it's important to have a good relationship with a planner. Bineesh was professional, down to earth, and willing to take charge when needed. We trusted Bineesh as soon as we met with her, before even hiring her. She was so flexible and willing to think creatively with us about how she could best offer us support in planning and preparing for our walima. My partner and I were feeling like we were at a loss with our venue as there had been many gaps in communication with them throughout the process. Especially with my professional event management background and experience in the states, I felt like I needed someone “in our corner” to handle the days leading up to the event as well as anything that came up on the day of the event. There were unfortunately a few things, out of our control, that came up regarding vendor timing and conflict between vendors that would have pulled me and my husband away from enjoying the event if Bineesh wouldn’t have been there to handle it all. I planned the fusion walima event as a way to honour my husband’s Pakistani background while also honouring that he and I aren’t very traditional. We didn’t want anything “cookie cutter,” and with events that I organize and host, I always hope to go beyond guests expectations. I was able to find and hire all of our vendors, including Bineesh. Bineesh was willing to see our vision and ensure that details were in place to allow it to run smoothly. Bineesh was able to offer some helpful guidance when it came to the flow of the evening of our walima. I also wanted to ensure that I was honouring my husband’s culture in a way that would invite everyone into the party knowing that it was a mixed crowd. It was absolutely critical to have Bineesh at a venue meeting with us, organizing the timeline, reaching out to vendors with the timeline, and navigating some inevitable challenges as they arose on the day of the event. I would highly recommend Bineesh for more services if you are not confident in event management or looking for the perfect vendors for your Desi wedding or special events as she has great connections in the GTA. If you are confident in your event planning skills and vendors, having a month of planner is still something I cannot recommend enough of, especially if your venue does not have one or you don’t feel connected to the event team at the venue. The first thing that attracted us to Bineesh was the company name - exactly what we were looking for with a planner.She was fantastic in helping us to plan our micro ceremony wedding in 3 months while navigating the rapidly changing COVID restrictions.Throughout the ups and downs of wedding planning, she kept us sane and on track, reassuring us when we 'had time' and nudging us when we needed to get to work.Admittedly, there was a bit of sticker shock when we saw her rates. Words truly cannot express how thankful I am to have Bineesh as our wedding coordinator. To many, planning a wedding right now seems so frustrating, however Bineesh makes the experience easy and 'relaxed'. She has been compassionate, patient, supportive and honest in every consultation I have had with her. Despite being our wedding coordinator (who would step in 4 weeks prior to the wedding), Bineesh has always been available and accessible to us for our many questions and requests as we try to navigate COVID-19. She has gone out of her way to look into our contracts and provide thoughtful, professional advice. I have reached out to her numerous times with questions, concerns and at times just pure frustration not knowing how to proceed with our wedding in these unprecedented times. Every time Bineesh has listened patiently and helped us manage the situation, sometimes stepping in to deal with vendor issues entirely on her own which is above and beyond her role! What I love most about Bineesh is that she is honest, transparent and completely real which is so important in these unpredictable times. It is very clear that she genuinely cares for her clients and wants to ensure they have a beautiful wedding! It has been an absolute pleasure working her thus far and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator/planner!!__________________________________We left that ^^ review when we were replanning our wedding because of COVID. Wanted to jump on here to say that our experience working with Bineesh during our wedding was just as phenomenal. We ended up working with 5 different vendors between tent and décor for our outdoor sangeet. I sent all our contracts to Bineesh to help navigate the set up. She coordinated with all the vendors, stayed on site for the entire set up and reviewed the contracts to ensure every single item was accounted for. In fact she made sure our vendor returned back with 1 table that was missing (which we could have worked around but that just speaks to how detail oriented and professional Bineesh is). She paid attention to every little detail – she provided an excel spreadsheet for us to document everything and reviewed every little detail with us from list of photos to be taken after the ceremony to the ingredients to be kept on the mandap etc. We even left all our stationary, mandap items, and other décor items with her so we could just relax the day of the ceremony and not worry about anything – she brought it all and set it up with her team! It instantly made us feel more relaxed going into our wedding knowing she had it all under control. She is honest, transparent, patient, has killer skills at what she does and most importantly is an advocate for her couples! If you have any issues throughout the wedding process, you can always count on her to be there for you which we value so so much! SO thankful to have worked with her and cannot recommend her enough to all couples looking for a wedding coordinator/planner!!

Relax planning was our best investment for the whole wedding. As a couple, we planned and organized as much as we could and about 10 days before the wedding, we decided that we could bite the bullet and hire a wedding planner. Most of it was done, but the little details and coordinating between each vendor and the travel ,all of it was so exhausting. After our initial three hour meeting, Bineesh was on board with everything, from picking up flowers from the florist the night before to making sure we had our marriage certificate signed to knowing and recognizing immediate family members to picking up the wedding cake and dropping it off at the reception to being there when emotions take over. She was absolutely a blessing to work with and such a beautiful person. As soon as she stepped in, she took charge, got everything organized in perfect symphony and made the storm into a perfect calm. If there is one thing we would not change about our wedding, it would be Bineesh. She was well worth it and more.

Making the decision to work with Bineesh was the easiest and best decision I made while planning our wedding. As soon as I spoke to Bineesh on the phone, I knew she would be an amazing person to work with!We definitely would not have been able to pull off our wedding of 600+ guests without Bineesh and Reja's help. They were were professional and did everything they could to keep me and my husband happy. We were able to enjoy all the beautiful moments because Bineesh took care of it.Thank you so much!

Bineesh was amazing and a huge help for our wedding! She met with us before hand and went through what we wanted for each event, logistics of things to considerate , and was instrumental at organizing vendors and making sure we were all on the same page. She was very approachable and could be contacted very easily when needed.
