Monster Tree Service removed 6 trees yesterday. The crew did a great job and were so nice to work with - responsive to my concerns and requests. We were very impressed with Monster Tree Service. They were so easy to work with. All of the guys were very nice, professional and respectful. A very quick turnaround from the initial quote to the completed services. We had a very tall mature tree taken down that was situated in a very tight space and over our house. They were very efficient in getting it down and I saw safety guides in place. We will use them again for sure. I highly recommend them.

I would classify my experience with Monster Tree Service as uncommon. It's rare for me to be immediately certain of who I would like working around my home, but I knew instantly that I wanted Monster to handle my problem trees and help to preserve my landscape. The service was extremely personable, professional and proficiently carried out. Communication from the company is stellar, prices are reasonable and the crew was extremely kind. What is not common about working with Monster Tree service, is that they care for the environment and the people who live within it. This is a company that strives to protect and preserve whatever possible. Many companies can cut and run, but this is a company built on a foundation of fixing problems and leaving behind a solid foundation for a landscape to flourish in the coming seasons. All that is a fancy way to say - If you need work done, I'd give Monster a call.

I was really pleasantly surprised first off at the level of pre and post project communication but even better was arriving at home and it was like the crew was never there. Could not have been happier.

Justin was great to work with, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clearly laid out pricing ahead of time which was reasonable and there were no surprises. Crew did a great job.

Great job all around, Justin was very professional and consultative in determining the best course of action for our giant silver maple. It is a very old and large tree we did not want to lose, but Justin worked with me to determine the best limbs to remove. The laser pointer was key in being clear about which limbs to remove. The crew missed a couple limbs, but were back out the next day to take care of them no problem! Would hire again!

Monster Tree Service did a great job removing an old pine tree and pruning a large oak tree for us. They were very professional and respectful of what we wanted to accomplish. We were very pleased with the results and they did a great job of cleaning the area up when they were finished.
