Mobil 1 Auto Service & Lube Express | Medicine Hat

Came here when I first arrived in Medicine Hat for an out of province inspection and Kyle was super friendly and super informative. Decided to come back to get my oil changed and battery replaced. Service was great and speedy again. Prices are fair and even a bit cheaper than I expected. Will definitely be going back for any of my service needs. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this place. I already used them for oil changes etc, but recently had them install a complete custom exhaust on my Firebird. AMAZING WORK! Fully reccomend!! Thanks John, Adam and Ralph!!

Had an issue with my car where nothing was working right and they did an awesome job fixing it and for a reasonable price.

I stopped in today as a walk-in for an oil change, and Colby provided great service with a friendly approach and genuinely great attitude. He was honest about the work that was being done and that they offered to do, which I appreciated, especially as a female. I also wanted to recognize the shop for the collaborative and efficient approach to service, where the mechanics would help out on whichever vehicle needed it at the moment.

I was their 300,000 service job! Same quality service as always!

Very good service. Me and my children were travelling home from Burnaby BC to Winnipeg MB. Our expedition started over heating, I went to Canadian Tire and the guy I spoke to suggested I go to Mobil 1. I'm so glad we did, the service was awesome. They took our expedition in the garage right away to find out what was wrong with it. Turned out our water pump, a gasket and a belt needed to be replaced. They weren't sure if they could finish fixing it by closing, we were so worried and scared. We started calling hotels and they were booked. So, when Kyle came to see us with thumbs up and said the mechanic was out test driving our expedition to make sure it was safe to be on our way, me and my children were so happy and thanked him so many times on our way out. If it weren't for Kyle and his team, we probably wouldn't have made it home when we did. The owner and Kyle called me on my cell phone to make sure we made it home. It's good to know that there are still good caring people out there. I would recommend this business to anybody who needs this type of service or is having an emergency with their vehicle. I now know where to go, if I go out that way again.Thank you so much guys! God Bless you all!

Best oil change experience ever!With almost 16 years experience in town, these guys are still remaining friendly, efficient and professional services.I'm currently sitting in the car writing this review, actually I didn't even left my vehicle during the whole process.Kyle helped me today with oil change, very passionate guy.- Topped up windshield liquid once I pulled up.- Noticed that the filter to engine was dirty and had that replaced- Pressure checked for all four tires and set to 35lbs.And as I'm writing this review, all the works is completed. (25 mins max, beat me on that)So anyone in town is looking for an oil change, highly recommend! Thanks Kyle!
