Absolutely amazing service! The gorgeous lady Mahdis is such a gem! She was patient and able to multitask many customers. Explains well and really refreshing to have such a person in retail. IL definitely pop in again even if it's a bit out of my way.

One of the worst UPS store around, the staff is quite rude and charge exorbitantly for simple things like scanning. Closed the store before the closing time and asking everyone to leave the store.Messed up my passport scan because he wanted to close the store quickly and charged me $30 for it.Never going back to this EVER again!

Customer service is everything to me and this gentleman who answered my call - March 18th, 2022 was extremely rude. Was in A rush to get my off the phone and told me he could do everything I was calling in to do by myself and he has people in his store.I simply called to be advised on how to go about a certain process and received no help from him. Completely rubbed me the wrong way, enough so not not recommend UPS’ service to other and enough so not to use UPS as a delivery service overall. I wish my item wasn’t sent here and am not too sure why my order was split up the way it was.Appalled with his service. We’ve all worked customer service enough to treat people a little nice than I was treated today.

The very knowledgeable staff also provided me with lots of information about business cards and brochure printing, I will definitely come back to get more information and put in a few orders!

I was unexpectedly positively surprised by the excellent level of service and professionalism of Arian when I came to this place. He was very patient, friendly, helpful, and very fast. This is so unusual to get fast and professional service in postal offices. Thank you, Arian. I would recommend the management to encourage the employees who are inputting so much effort into the service so that staff like Arian keep up their work!

Monday 10th July 6:10pm. I walk in to the store. The girl was serving someone. She looked at me and said you can not bring the package here. It is too much work for them to carry to the truck. ( with the rude voice) the other two customers was looking at me like I am a criminal. I was shocked with her behaviour. I did not answer her. Politely said thank you to her. Make wait 5 minutes to get her attention for asking for the confirmation receipt. Service was horrible.To the ownerIf you own UPS delivery dealership you must provide the service to keep the standard. This is not what UPS service would be. I operate my business through UPS. I will ask them to give me proper explanation.I will never visit to your location or recommend to any of my friends.Wish you good luck.
