Mr. Lube + Tires

First time there for an oil change today and it was awesome! They are a great team there, were very very attentive to me, offered water and coffee multiple times and worked their hardest to handle the busy day they had to get customers in and out as quick as possible. The checks of all the engine parts, tires, fluids was great. I'll be back here for my next oil change! Thanks guys n girls!

Had an excellent experience today. First time here and I was very impressed. They treat you like you're at a dealership. Ethan, who was very friendly, brought me a hot coffee while I waited to get in for an oil change - which kept me happy during the wait! They were all friendly and quick once I got in the bay. I believe Kate was the other tech I spoke with and she was awesome as well.They have a great system in place to make sure they double and triple check that everything is sealed and ready for the road. Very impressed.In summary, GOOD on this location and management for hiring and training employees to be so personable yet professional. Thats the formula for returning customers. I will see you guys in 10,000km.

These guys were excellent. Courteous and friendly.KB Sunny was professional and answered all my questions. The manager was also excellent in overseeing and training his newer members of staff.Highly recommend these guys. I will be back for my transmission service in July.Keep the great work up!

I cannot say enough good things about how this company went above and beyond. I was stranded in Sherwood Park with my children (I live at least a half hour away)! The manager Justin was very understanding of my situation and said he would get me in and get my tires changed. There were so many constraints on getting this done too. I needed new tires and my rims were manageable but not great. Justin and his team were so positive and kind the entire time. They said they would make sure my family got home. They stayed long past the time the shop was supposed to close to make sure we got all our tires changed. Their prices were so reasonable and they did not overcharge for their services and were just all around phenomenal! Highly reccommend these guys!!! Because of them, my family was able to get home safely and in a reasonable time frame!

I normally get my oil changes done at Lube City and have never had a bad experience there. Because I recently purchased a newer vehicle and it's closer to our home I thought why not give them a shot. Big mistake. They changed the oil on my vehicle and did such a bad job of draining the old oil and cleanup that a few days after the oil change I had oil all over our garage floor and on our driveway (our house is 2 years old - brand new concrete). When I noticed that this was not just a couple of drops,i took my vehicle in to get looked at and cleaned up, and while they were friendly enough and said they'd take care of it, all they did was give the undercarriage a quick spray, assured me everything was cleaned and sent me on my way. Well I got home and my vehicle is STILL dripping oil as shown in photo. I must have gotten my oil changed at Lube City at least 15 times and I have never once had any oil leak.Update: vehicle was still leaking oil so I took it somewhere else, they found that the oil filter was loose, and the drain plug gasket was totally warped and failed. Will never go back here. No one has reached out to acknowledge this total failure in basic service.

Not the worst experience, but it was not fast at all. The techs also dropped a socket wrench in the engine compartment. They eventually found it. Mostly the wait time was most annoying. It was over 45 minutes to do a synthetic oil change. That’s how long it took to do the change total, not including the time I waited to get in. I realize training newer techs takes longer, but I was looking for faster service than that. Overall, not entirely confident it was done right, and will likely try somewhere else next time.

Waited over 1.5 hours while they let others that got there after me switch lanes and get in first. After 1.5 hours I was finally let in. Didn't ask what type of oil I wanted, though put in synthetic which is what I wanted (hence the one star gained), spent 15 mins reefing on my oil filter cover just to finally realize they were using the wrong tool (have yet to inspect for damage), and broke the clips attaching the noise dampening plate under the engine, replaced with zip ties. That wouldn't be a huge deal if this wasn't a brand new car. But either way I'll have to replace them at my own cost now. Won't be back. Won't recommend. Likely the most frustrated I've been with complete strangers in longer than I can recall.

Got my oil changed 5 weeks ago and have only been city driving and this is what it looked like today… the tank is not leaking oil got it taken elsewhere today to be properly changed and everything was fine he told me it was definitely not properly filled all the way up if I only got it serviced 5 weeks ago. Waste of money and time sitting in the driveway for an hour beforehand!

Amazing service! Thank you to the tech, Ashton, and his team for their help today. I needed an urgent coolant flush and despite the fact I arrived late in the day, they did a very thorough job. Highly recommend this location. Really nice to see there are still great service people out there. I am a very grateful and satisfied customer! Thanks again!

Do not go here for your tire needs. Took my wife’s suv there on Sunday for a nail in the tire. After waiting for 2 hrs I was taken in. They did say sorry for the wait and I had some time so okay. They didn’t seem to know how to operate an auto bead breaker. They asked me to step out but watch out for the floor as they didn’t put the safety cover on the service bay below and inspect the tire with them. There was some “rub marks” and I was told it was unsafe to patch the hole. I then got a quote for 850 for 2 new tires because I was told you can’t just replace one and I would have to pay to recycle both…. One good one and one “bad one”. So I got them to pack it back up and after another hour I was finally able to leave. So I dropped it off at kal tire and they inspected it and repaired it for $68. I know where I’m going to go and where I’m not going to go. I hope you do the same
