Fido

The whole point of business hours is that it opens at that time. If you check other reviews, it looks like they close and open anytime they want. I'm sure Fido has a min hours of operation/week but they might be cutting corners.

Went to buy a cheap temporary phone case-- spent $23 and when I got home the case didn't fit properly. I couldn't silence my phone and the headphone jack was partially blocked so they wouldn't stay in. Went to return and was informed they have a no return policy. I was not informed of this when I bought the case and the manager was not willing to help at all. They offered to replace it for me or exchange for something else in the store but at this point I don't event need the case anymore, I would just like my money back. The manager was not apologetic for her employee's mistake and it seemed she could've cared less. Bad experience with the merchandise and a horrible customer service experience, really was a waste of my time.

Fido is a complete ripoff. We were overcharged $1100 for a few days in the US without even using the phone. This is completely ridiculous, I have spoken to multiple customers and former customers of Fido who have all had similar misfortunes and are considering a class action lawsuit.

Their policies are the worst I'm able to add stuff to my wife's account no problem but as soon as I want to remove something I'm not allowed I have to get her to remove it, Fido is the worst

Store hours until 5pm on Saturday. No one there at 4pm, no note on door either. Other customers came and left as well.
