Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and got to the speaker and was told they were closed at 9:55 when they are supposed to be open until 10pm.

I had one of the nicest experienced ordering my sons birthday cake. I’m not sure if he was the manager but he was so nice. He went above and beyond to make sure my son would have a fantastic cake. He had great suggestions and I could tell he enjoyed helping me. Thank you for the great customer service. Just picked up the cake. So happy with the result.

Service during my last visit was sadly very slow. Honestly if you order an ice cream cone it shouldn't take 5 minutes to get an ice cream that looks like it was waiting to get to the counter for 3+ minutes.I would guess they are understaffed. The staff did not seem to be happy to be at work.Add to the fact that you can get some ice cream treats elsewhere and I might choose to go elsewhere next time.There was no clear order or pickup queue which caused customer confusion and frustration.

Has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No matter what the issue/concern, you're wrong. Just returning home with my horribly made food after being told to go home and read the fine print on their website". I hate to be that person

If I order food from here during the day shift its usually great no issues. But when I order at night it's always 50/50, sometimes I get our order but most often than not there's always something missing, sometimes they send ice cream but no food, sometimes food but no ice cream. We order a basket of fries for the family but get a small to share with 4 people. It's almost always something. I'm not asking for the moon here, is it really that hard to read an order? I wouldn't mind if it was once in a while but it's not. Again, day team is usually great I'm not complaining about them but really I'm not sure if I'm going to keep buying from here, its just so annoying when half the people we order for don't get their food and they have to watch us eat.

Disappointment! The drive through takes 30+ minutes and they don't start making your order until you've paid at the window. What's the point of the speaker? Staff is insanely rude! I have never seen such disrespect to costumers, not just me but those around me. This Dairy Queen has always been a gem in the Valley, not since these new owners have taken over. Food is clearly reheated and you have to pay extra for modifications (taking OFF an ingredient for allergy reasons should NOT cost extra). Had to run inside due to the order being wrong, absolutely filthy inside. Dirty shoes should not leave a clean mark on the floor when walking on it. Disgusting, repulsive, a disgrace to the Dairy Queen name.

The hamburger meat tasted weird. It didn't even taste like beef. It also had chewy things in it.The fries were just cheap frozen fries.

Good chicken fingers, a bit dry. We went at 4PM, but it seemed these were perhaps old. Fries were good. I am sure treats were wonderful. Prices were higher than online at this location. Service was a bit slow but not bad. Typical fast food experience.

Recommend they check and service the washroom more frequently based on today's visit. Food was good, service was friendly and quick.
