The location is great, walking distance to Skytrain and shopping, exterior looks great but interior was poorly built, flooring is terrible and not sound proved, walking steps and noises from upstairs is clearly transmitted, flooring is unlevelled throughout my unit, think twice before moving in.

Nice place to live in. I rent out in one of those buildings where Baldev Brar is the developer. Very nice guy and well maintained building. This is fairly new building so the strata is still setting up but Baldev is very accessible and helpful. Also seems to have good security with cameras at all 4 corners of the building. Once I went out for a smoke at 2 am and they mistook me for some anti-social element and gave a quick warning on the speaker, so the cameras are monitored continuously.Nice tenants as well in 13763 101 building. My friend got a condo in 13799 101 avenue where he dealt with Kulwant and Denean. Again nice people and very professional. I have seen other buildings in the neighbourhood that are ready to move in but this ASPIRE building comes in the top ranking. Because they had some unprofessional tenants that affected the harmony of the building they were evicted, so felt a lot happy that the owners/developer is taking personal interest in the development.This area/neighbourhood will see skyrocket development in the next 5 years and the rate will shoot up exponentially. I might plan to buy one in this building too in the near future.

13763 is a great place to live, clean, and the landlord has been fantastic!!

I own a townhome in Aspire. We moved four months ago and still the issues in the deficiency list are not fixed. Highly unprofessional behaviour. No strata is formed for months and there is no go to person if you have any concerns. Kulwant is the builder. As, this was a new property, we did not get any inspection done and now we regret it. Terrible built quality and material used. Washroom keep getting issues every now and then and doors are faulty..... The list is endless.I would not recommend anyone to put their money in this property.If you are moving here for location, better invest with some other builder as their are no amenities and security

Lived here for a year, worst renting experience by far. Baldev accused my girlfriend and I for throwing cigarette butts off our balcony on multiple occasions after denying each time. Eventually he asked to do a “unit inspection”, came in, didn’t even check the balcony.. opened our fridge??? (You hungry bro?) Also hot water went out multiple times as well as the elevator was once out for 4-5 weeks, leaving only the stairs. What if someone lived here in a wheel chair?? Most of the appliances and general mechanical in the building is poorly built and installed. Property management is basically non existent. Never buy here.

I lived in the 13763 building for 2 years and my experience was fantastic. The building was well maintained, clean, and all matters regarding my unit were promptly taken care of. I highly recommend staying here !

We lived here for just over a year in the 13763 building and the whole time Baldev Brar was a very supportive and easy to work with landlord. The building is well taken care of and always clean.When we first moved in, we had some issues with appliances but they were dealt with in a prompt manner. We never had to wait too long for things to get fixed which means Baldev really cares about the quality of life of his tenants. One instance that really stood out to me was when a smoke detector battery needed to be changed but he didn't have a ladder to help do the change. This particular detector was on a 10 foot ceiling, so he immediately went out to buy a tall ladder to get it done on the same day.Tenants in general were also very friendly and nice people. The only reason we moved out was for buying property. We could've easily stayed here if home ownership was not on the radar. Overall, we are very happy with the time we spent here.

This is an amazing place to own or rent. Baldev Brar is a great manager and has always gone out of his way to make us feel welcome and supported. Honestly, his good nature was one of the things that convinced us to take our unit.The unit itself is very spacious and we have had no issues whatsoever. If you’re fortunate enough to secure a unit, you will not regret it.

A nice looking building, friend has an apartment there it looks nice.

I have been living in 13763 for around 2 years now. It has been a fantastic place to live in. The building is well maintained. The landlord, S. Baldev Brar is a fatherly figure, he is very supportive and easy to work with. He deals with any issues promptly and is always there for any kind of help and support. The location of the building is perfect. Few steps from many grocery stores which makes our lives much easier. Walking steps from Walmart, shopper’s mart, staples, gyms etc. In short, I love staying here and the place is highly recommended.
