I went to look at a used-car this morning and had a really bad experience with salesman, Pierre-Luc. When I arrived the car was listed at a higher price than their ad online. He acted very short with me when I brought this up and was unreceptive to my questions about the car from that point on. He even told me to go get a car somewhere else when I made him an offer. Be careful if you decide to shop here, I would not trust their sales team.

I loved the service: no pressure, no hidden pressure (as we all know about and feel in other dealerships), very polite and professional stuff, don't hide anything, asked if I need an extra warranty for used car (didn't put anything extra in my deal). Alexis even went outside on cold in the evening to take a pictures for me because it was new arrival and in their ad I just had a description, not a fotos. So thank you all in the team, hope you liked the cake! :)

I purchased a vehicle from Boisvert Blainville last year and when I met with the salesman, he verbally told me that winter tires would be included. When it came to receiving my car, the winter tires were never included, and when I asked the dealership about it, they said that it wasn't included in the sales report that I signed. MAKE SURE everything they promise to you is included in the sales sheet. They are super sneaky and pushy salesmen. Definitely made me never want to go back here again. I just felt completely taken advantage of.
