Oakland Road Park
Tiny little park in the south end of Halifax. Less of a park really and more of a wharf to view the North West Arm harbour. It basically consists of a beautiful staircase leading down toward the water, decorated on both sides by luscious trees and plants, with decorative lighting along the way. No washroom facilities or waste receptacles that I saw. Carry out what you bring in. It is a beautiful space, well maintained.

Oakland Road Park
It is the seaside park which I visited the most frequently in 2021. In the summer, there are usually young people who enjoy the sunshine shower. I believe that this is the most wonderful place to cross the Northwest Arm as you will get the closest route and land on the Dingle Park. In addition, the scenes here is really wonderful. You would have a wide sight to see the beautiful Northwest Arm, especially the Bay scene with the Dingle Tower at sunset time. I really treasure the time that I lived in Oakland Road. This park would be a good reminder in the future.
