Went to Marvin for windows for our custom house and the sales rep we were working with did a quote based on our drawings. Thank goodness I double check everything and didn't rely on their quote because I noticed that after the quote came back they had missed not 1 but 7 windows. After approaching the sales rep, she said she would look onto it. She didnt respond to my email and we never heard from her again. I was pretty shocked b/c we were keen on using them after our architect had referred us. Perhaps she was more embarrassed than anything eitherway, we are happy that we avoided a potential disaster especially since the wait time for windows is insane.

Complete disappoint of the quality of these custom windows.Arrived damaged on every single window and door configuration after waiting 10 weeks for delivery.After arriving we had to offload the truck ourselves. There was no quality control or inspection before delivery. Hugely disappointed.Damages we are dealing with:* Chunks of wood missing from Mullions* Outside aluminum was scratched* Crank out windows don’t close* Sliding doors don’t close

We are very pleased with our new windows and with the installation. They are double-hung shash windows appropriate for our Victorian house. I have decided to order four more windows from Marvin.

We are incredibly happy with our Marvin Windows purchase. What really attracted us to them was the profile of their Infinity series. We felt that the quality of build of their fiberglass windows was much better than the vinyl and/or fiberglass windows offered by other companies. Yes, they cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for.Jim, our salesperson, was honest to a fault, something we greatly grew to appreciate. Marvin’s inside team members were both courteous and responsive. The shining stars were the installation crew. Mark and his team were impressive. They worked meticulously to remove the old windows then installed the new windows, all while cleaning up as they go. Their use and maneuvering of scaffolding around our home showed their commitment to onsite safety (no guys hanging off ladders here).We wish the sales cycle, delivery time, and availability for installation could have been faster but given the recent demands in the industry along with the supply chain issues we readily accepted the timelines provided. The final result being that we didn’t wait any longer than quoted.Taking our complete experience with Marvin into consideration, they are an easy company to recommend.

We bought some Marvin doors and windows as part of a reno 16 yrs ago. They were great for many years and not surprisingly, the rubber weatherstripping wore out and we were losing heat in last few years.The stripping is not standard. But when I called Marvin, 16 yrs later, they looked up my order, determined what I needed, ordered it for me and provided a quote for installation if I didn’t want to install myself.Installer came on time and installed it very professionally.If you buy these products, you will never need to worry about quality or service for a long long long time.Highly recommended.

We first met with the salesperson Bob at the showroom, where he showed us the various options and explained the multipoint locking system. Bob then came over to take the measurement and complete the order.Our order consisted of 3 entrance doors and we had them installed during winter. The installers were able to get all the work done clean and neatly from the outside (no interior mess for us to cleanup). The doors have made the three rooms both brighter and warmer.Congratulations Marvin on a job well done.

Had to replace 40 yr. old Marvin windows and everything went very smoothly. Installation without any mess. Very impressed that Marvin has a follow up procedure in place to check for customer satisfaction. Love the new windows. Lots of improvements since the last order!

Gorgeous, high quality windows, with friendly and efficient customer service.After 5 years, the plastic weather stripping on my sliding door broke down. Called Marvin up, and and they came out and installed replacement stripping under warranty. Everyone I dealt with getting the windows installed and getting them serviced was professional and efficient.

The windows that came look good! And the company has been responsive and helpful solving a few issues that came up after instillation.I had major issues with the sales representative repeatedly promised things that were not delivered. When the windows came, he had not properly checked over the order with my architect; resulting in one window and one door being totally unusable for my project.The quality of the sales service, was not worth the cost paid.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Spent more than 100K on windows and doors. A French door would not close properly despite repeated service calls. Another French door lets in water and snow because it has no sill stop at the bottom by design. A window then cracked suddenly one day though was replaced. The bifold door came with different hardware than the rest of doors and windows. And it has no handle on the outside to open it if you close it behind out so you are stuck outside if you are not careful. And the service attitude is like they are doing you a favour. Would never recommend the company to anyone. I think they are not meant for residential customers.
