Scott is a pleasure to work with! He responded to our inquiry quickly and was able to come inspect our property within a few days; he was very communicative prior to and during the inspection, and provided exactly the third party unbiased professional opinions we were looking for! I only wish there was less snow cover so he could have inspected the roof, but that limitation was well communicated with us during the inspection :)

Scott and Daniel were such a pleasure to work with and be around! I would recommend them to anyone! They were not only very helpful, but they also went thru the entire home inside and out without missing a single detail. It was an absolute surprise to feel so involved and welcomed during it all. Thankful I came across Scott. He was available lot sooner then I imagined and fair prices 250-300$ cheaper then I was figuring. Time and money are two very big things when it time for closing on a house. Highly recommended

Scott did a very thorough and professional job. He responded quickly to my inquiry, had rates that were very reasonable, and was just easy to work with across the process. I highly recommend having him give a prospective house a look, he's clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable. I'll definitely hire him again if I ever need another house inspection.
