I live in Halifax and travel the hour and a half just to have Lowell and the crew work on my bike. They always meet ya with a smile, work to get you a good price and do awesome work. I've bought and sold bikes here and had upgrades done, I have always left satisfied. This past long weekend Lowell and Sarah met me on a when they were closed, how many shops will open up on a long weekend to give ya back your ride? I highly recommend you stop in especially if you're any where in Central and eastern NS.

Very happy with the service provided. I popped in on a Tuesday afternoon, looking for a rear tire for a sport bike. They helped me choose something suitable, ordered it, and had it installed on Friday.

It is with great sadness I write this review.. .my experience was horrible and disrespectful as someone who's lived in the valley my whole life, I always try to support local businesses but was shocked and still in disbelief how the owner treated me . I wouldn't recommend in good faith this businesses as they don't do what they say they will and believe this is a lack of communication with staff and perhaps growing pains. They cast me money and didn't seem to bother anyone there. The valley is a small place and I truly believe how you treat people matters greatly . I hope your experience is better than mine.

Amazing spot to do business. Have never had a bad experience. Always upfront with what needs to be done and what should be done. Harley’s aren’t cheap, to own or maintain.I was in the shop the other morning and witnessed the owner doing his best to placate someone that simply wouldn’t listen to reason. I’m certain I would have dealt with the “gentleman “ and his little dog much differently. The dog was innocent by the way. To be honest I felt bad that the poor thing has to leave with its owner. Kudos to Lowell for remaining professional.
