I have been taking fitness classes with Irina for 3 years now, and plan to continue as long as she teaches them. The exercise program is awesome as it addresses strength, and varies on different days of the week.Irina is an amazing fitness trainer who bases her exercise program on a deep knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. She is attentive to her clients’ conditions and constraints and adjusts the program accordingly.Classes with Irina are always fun as her enormous enthusiasm and energy are contagious. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their health and overall well-being.

Irina's fitness classes are amazing! she puts a lot of emphasis on proper form and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises properly. Irina creates a great atmosphere in the class and it is truly fun to attend.The yoga class is also very recommended, it's really good for both body and mind!

I have been taking fitness classes with Irina for over 3 years now! She’s very energetic, positive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic! I see great results. Her workouts are always fun! Also, I joined yoga classes with Rostyslav. The quality of his teaching is excellent, and simple advice and techniques taught in class greatly helped my understanding of some poses.I highly recommend Back To Health Osteopathy and Wellness to everyone!

Back to Health Osteopathy and Wellness clinic in Vaughn is the best place I have ever visited. Irina and Rostislav are highly trained professionals. Their knowledge, expertise and high quality work help my child overcame severe knee injury and remain to stay highly functional athlete. Combination of team work efforts in osteopathy, massage, complex physical activity and rehabilitation work eliminated 2 surgeries prescribed by our surgeon. It is unbelievable experience and miracle!
