Before working with Sydney we were in over our head with 2 reactive and excited dogs.After our very first session I was amazed how much better our dogs were with just a few adjustments and her guidance. Now after almost 20 lessons we can easily take our dogs to busy places (on leash) like the Tyee Spit, the Sportsplex, and even outside the dog park.Can’t recommend Thriving K9 enough! Sydney is a miracle worker! We put all of our dogs through training and so far Sydney has been the most personal trainer that we have worked with. She has helped us immensely with our newest pup who has had some behavioral issues right from the start mainly a resource guarding issue and a higher prey drive than we are used to with our other dogs. Sydney really knows what she's doing and especially when it comes to bully breeds.

Sydney has been amazing helping us with our little man Galen.Galen would only listen and watch me and not my bf (Ryan). Sydney gave us lots of pointers on how to help their relationship grow and so far we've been seeing nothing but progress.Sydney's given us so many tips and information on what the best living life looks like and how to properly give our guy nutrition in his food.Galen is a fast learner and it's been amazing seeing him grow through Sydney's training.Ryan and I were worried Galen wouldn't like the bath tub but with 1 session he was jumping in and out of the tub like a game, sitting in the tub for cheese treats and we are now just introducing him to the water stage, still needs some patients and training but I'm positive with the information Sydney has given us we can succeed.I would recommend Sydney to anyone of my friends or acquaintances who are struggling with their dog.she has done wonders and we will always have a group dog walkGalen has improved amensly with his walking and healing.Were very lucky to have a great relationship with our dog because of Sydney and her amazing tips

Sydney has been an absolute life changer for Odin and for our relationship. I consider her Odin's 'life guru'. Sydney, the owner of Thriving Canine Training, has had an incredible impact in our dogs success. Our boy Rosco has come so far in his mannerisms and behaviour since beginning our training with Sydney. Rosco is a spunky smart and strong willed border collie. He was instantly the light of our life but was a true test and adjustment to Taylor Marks and I being first time dog parents. Thanks to Sydney, we are learning how to build a healthy relationship with our fur baby, one with love and respect. We are so proud of Roscos growth, he is becoming more confident everyday.
