For the past year or so I had stable connection which I could play games on and stream. Starting about 3 months back, my internet basically stops" working at about 12:00am; giving me as high as about 600ms delay on any game I wanted to play or any video I wanted to stream. They close at 8:00pm on weekdays

I had Odynet for 8 yrs and any problems, and there were FEW, were fixed immediately!! The best service EVER!! I'm in a situation where internet is included but if I ever need an internet provider again, it WILL be Odynet! Thank you Odynet for the BEST!

have used Odynet for years as my internet provider. Have never experienced any kind of service interruption, follow up with customer service has always been excellent and prompt answering different questions I may have, they now have phone service, was done quickly and easily on my end. will continue to use. Internet speed is fast and have unlimited access as well.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Both Mike and Gary are incredibly rude, but Mike is the worst. He has actually hung up the phone on me. I have the same problems everyone else on here has stated. And ontop of that they take out the money whenever they want through out the month. I have had my internet cut off at least 8 times because they have tried to take money out on the 8th, 16th, and 12th of the month and I didn't have the money in my account.I have moved 3 times since using them and every time its a hassel. It takes over a week to get someone out to my house to hook up the new line and im always charged for the month as normally. Even though I had no internet for 2 weeks.I wouldn't recommed this company. Even if the internet connection wasnt terrible the way their staff talks to people is enough to make me go elsewhere!

Odynet has been our locally owned, rock solid ISP for 5+ years - with never an outage or any streaming issues.We also appreciate the one-on-one customer service from knowledgeable, living humans rather than AI voicemails.

worst customer service I have ever experienced with an ISP.The equipment they provide is of the lowest quality. They refused to provide better equipment that allows you to monitor devices on the network and prevent outages for unknown reasons. Outages happen daily and they continue to blame me. Today their web site it not accessible at ody.ca or on facebook, and service is down. No communications from them about this at all. Their hours of operation do not consider that people need this service to work.

Worst internet provider in London. Most definitely the most unprofessional as well. Never had a business owner hang up on me twice because he was upset his company was giving me 11 mbps when I'm paying for 75. If you can provide a service you can't charge full price. Stay away from this garbage company.

Great net, good service, I have found most the complaints on here are most likely be people who don't pay their bills or curse and swear at their reps... I pay my bill every month , I am aware that they don't have the ability to take money out of my account whenever they feel like it, only on the first of the month so if i miss i use my C/C, or pay cash.. They use bell and rogers Infrastructure, so the install techs are not their techs, and they can not control their actions. I have had the same install issues with Bell missing the appointment, and they are quick to escalate and get me a connected.
