The Retina Centre of Ottawa
While my experience today at the retina centre started out rocky, by the time I left my opinion did a full 180. While at first the waittimes were long, taking an extra hour to be seen by the doctor, the extremely good customer service more than made up for it. Laura was amazing with my grandfather, even though his English is less than perfect, and even came to say bye to him on the way out when she didn't have to. I dont know what she's making, but she definitely deserves a raise!! Also, while I said the waittimes were long, it's also the holidays so it was likely busier than usual. Thank you Laura, and merry Christmas!

Not friendly at all. They keep canceling appointments without letting us know, so they can go on vacation. The staff seems really disorganized and very aggressive.

They need to be more clear with their patients. I was there for 1 1/2 hours and had no idea what was happening next. They just need to communicate more with the patients and let them know what to expect.
