I've known Mark Powell for 5 years, in that time he has become a good friend of mine as well as a great member of the Boxing gym I own and operate, TNT Boxing Academy. As part of my duties I train members on a one on one basis which is a physically demanding job that is tough on the joints, tendons and ligaments. Mark is the only one I would trust in taking care of my body as he knows the demands it takes on me on a day to day basis. His treatment for my ailments are world class and I recommend him to any of my members at my gym. We have many members who have come from so many different training backgrounds but come to my gym to get a safe, interactive and effective workout but for any of my members who need specialized trearment for injuries they have suffered prior to coming to my gym there's no one I would trust more than Mark to send them to. Whether it be a competitive boxer who had a previous injury from a sport they played years ago or a mother of 3 who has hip issues from giving birth or someone who was born with knee issues...i've been able to modify their workouts so that they can continue doing what what they come to me to do but also being able to send them to Mark for any specialized treatment for their injuries they have experienced before. It's great to know I have a world class Osteopath that I can rely on not only for myself but for people who trust me with their fitness and their bodies. Osteopath Mark Powell takes care of me at Guelph Wellness House. I'm a butcher, jiu jitsu fighter and fitness enthusiast. He's helped me with my neck and shoulder problems and I can't say enough good things about him. He's a lovely man with excellent credentials. Exceptional bedside manner and a complete depth of knowledge.

Can vouch for Mark Powell. Went in with a rotator cuff strain and was able to get over 50% mobility back the next day. This is partly based on my injury. But I had been in pain and without the use of my arm for 3 days prior. Without Mark my injury would have gotten very bad and kept me from doing what I love. DO NOT hesitate, he is the best!

Parking is limited, and not wheelchair accessible. The establishment itself is clean and bright. Massage therapist was excellent.
