I have nothing against the product itself. I think it’s very good, we had been owners for almost 30 plus years (and we just bought a new set). What i hate is that the staff doesn’t know how to take care of customers. They just see you as a business opportunity when they tell yo that you are family. You should be MORE ORGANIZED when you do your “get together” at your building. Cramming so much people in a small space and parking is a joke. You brag about earning this and that much and you can’t even host your event at a decent venue.
