Very open , clean and modern location .Got veggie patty footlong. They were nice enough to add more stuff in but couldn’t understand in once , had to make me new sub when they messed the grill part but were patient.They didnt had parmesan and spinach was missing . Rest all good

Very graciously offered yesterday’s bread, and on top was ready to microwave. That too for a kid. Very Interesting :-(

I am a regular customer but will no longer be. Today i was told that i had to pay extra if i wanted the rotisserie chicken for my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Every restaurant that ive been to in ontario automatically put rotisserie chicken on. According to subways website this is standard.

The woman working when I went in is such a sweetheart! When she found out I was vegetarian, she actually changed her gloves because she'd been handling meat previously. That kind of compassion and consideration goes above and beyond what I would ever expect at a fast food restaurant. Such kindness is exceptional. Food was good too.

Poor customer service I have experienced today from the women who works there. Very slow and no efficiency. Made us wait for 30 mins with just one customer ahead of us. She really can't work in fast pace environment and also she was very unprofessional. Please hire more people because with that customer service you will lose business.

Fairly new store. The girl workers were super nice to my parents and me and made yummy sandwiches. We give a large order but they do a real good job in terms of wait time and food quality. We go at least once a week. Would recommend.

The only employee present was just sitting there and had the place closed at 8:45pm when it clearly shows it’s open till 9:30pm. Most of the lights were off and he just waved me off when I approached the door to read the timings. Won’t go back here again.

As always this subway is very nice and clean I must say. I went on Easter Sunday and it was empty only couple people were working that day. The staff was very humble and polite. They have defrosted veggie patty which was surprisingly good. Mostly subway has frozen Pattie. I was very happy with the service I got. The quality was also superb.
