I visited Eagle Hunting Supplies while on a business trip from Edmonton and found their service to be excellent! They went the extra mile to ensure that I could get ammunition (which was less expensive than what I could buy in Edmonton) home with the least amount fuss and without incurring extra cost. I'm looking forward to buying more, online in the future!

Ordered a product. Email confirming order was recieved. That was a month ago...tried emailing store and got a bounce back message (email has been disabled). Tried calling,store number out of service. Looks like I got robbed. Never buy from these slant POS's! Spend your money @ Bullseye London.

I'm happy they shut down. There are other gun shops who actually act like they want your business. Anytime I went in there to buy anything they were always overpriced, rude, and not helpful. It goes to show why they're shut down now. You can't operate like that and expect to survive. Especially nowadays.

Very nice store. They are new to the Lower Mainland but they have guys who have been shooting and hunting for years. They will always be competitive in pricing and if they don't have it, they can get it for you. Which reminds me...Hey Ricky! Where's the M134 Minigun I ordered for my MINI Cooper. I was gonna mount it on the open sunroof!"LOL j/k Bro!"

Finally recovered a pistol that was in their safe. In case you have any items that are still in their possession and you can’t get a hold of them, contact Richmond RCMP and file a Lost Property Claim. Have them reference file #ZD-20316 so that the attending officer can access the personal contact info for the owner and his son. The RCMP were very professional and accommodating in recovering the item for us.The story is that the shop isn’t officially closed down (licensing is still valid) but they’re not actively operating it right now and looking to sell it. They don’t need the money because they own the entire building anyways, so this is more of a hobby business. Still it’s super frustrating for customers trying to get a hold of them, as the phone, email and website are all down, and no one is around even during their limited opening hours.

Only ever bought ammo and targets from these guys but they've always been the most friendly people to deal with.Went in for a scope one time and two staff members tried multiple mounts to see if one would fit my rifle, extremely helpful, even though in the end they didn't have a mount that fit.Once I picked up a stack of targets that weren't on sale, and the staff very quickly pointed me to a very similar product, from the same brand, that was half the price due to sale.These guys know customer service.
