Awesome service, very honest, professional mechanics

I've had Rick work on my Mitsubishi Lancer for years now. I only trust him and his shop with it. His work is impeccable and he's always great about letting me know if there are any other issues he notices while working. His prices are reasonable, and the customer service from him and the rest of his family and staff are superb. Don't think twice, take you vehicle here no matter what.

I am very picky about who and where I take my vehicle for repairs. This is the best place and the customer service is top notch. The prices are fair and they won't rip you off for nonsense you don't need.

Rick is a lifesaver. He took my truck at 5 PM the day before the July long weekend. I called with an emergency repair and he had me in within 20 minutes. I got an honest answer and will return later this month to complete the repair. So far I am very pleased with his pricing and service.

I was in need of a new auto mechanic after mine retired. Saw Ricks Auto had excellent reviews.He lived up to this strong reputation with speedy repair at a very reasonable price. Rick is personable and friendly. And has an excellent reputation. I’ll be back for certain.

Great service and friendly staff. Always going the extra mile. I went to Ricks's Auto because my engine light came on. I called and was accommodated right away. Rick saw some future problems and fixed it too.I would recommend this Auto shop.

Rik is an absolute gent, and if I could give 6 stars I would! It’s so nice to finally have a mechanic we can trust. I took my car in for a recall at ford, and they told me I needed $3400 of work done on top of the warrantied recall. I took my car in to Rik, and not only did he do the work the same day, he told me I didn’t need one of the jobs done at all, the work that did need doing totalled $1700, half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. He was really busy but said he would do the work that day because he couldn’t let me drive away in a dangerous car. The ford garage were quite happy to let me do that, and never warned me it was dangerous.When it came time to pay he went through the entire bill with us and showed us the pieces he had replaced. Really appreciated this.Thanks also to Melissa at the front desk who was was so helpful and worked around my hectic schedule!He’s honest and prices are fair. Highly recommend!

My father-in-law has taken his vehicle to Rick’s forever and I’ve had the pleasure of their service a few times now. They are a fast and professional shop with very reasonable rates. Melissa at the front desk is especially kind and great to deal with on the phone. I 100% recommend Rick’s Auto if you’re looking for an honest assessment of what’s wrong with your vehicle.

Have been using ricks for 25 years, honest fair priced and excellent mechanic . Looking after my daughters car now as well. Highly recommend , and he and staff are always pleasant and fun to deal with !
