Store associates were super helpful helping me find the items/sizes I needed and when I needed to return an item because I accidentally bought the wrong size, the return/exchange was very quick. Overall, super kind and helpful staff! Thank you and hope to see you again soon. (I just realized I am wearing their fluffy zip hoodie. Very comfy ) (・▽・)

Got the buy one get one free deal on Boxing Day and went to the store to exchange for another item today.The store manager ( forgot to ask for her name but it was the lady with updo) was very friendly and helpful. The exchange process was the most efficient and pleasant one.

I visited this branch today on Boxing Day and purchased a robe which was already on sale. I had a promotion code from my company for 10% additional off marked-down merchandise. The sales person applied the additional 10% off my purchase. About 30 minutes later I came back to the store to check something else that I liked and another sales person explained about the promotion that they had as 2 for 1 for everything in the store excluding bras and swimwear. When I knew about this promotion I complained to this lady about her colleague not telling me about the promotion when I was purchasing the robe. So, they helped me to return that item and repurchase it along with another item but this time she refused to apply the promotion code that I had from my company although it was specifically for marked-down merchandise!!!It was a really unpleasant shopping experience at this branch and she and the store manager made their effort to not accommodate me! Although it was their mistake in the first place. Not only they didn’t apologize for not informing me about the promotion and causing me this inconvenience, they provided even worse service to me! La Vie en Rose has been my favourite brand for lounge ware for years and I’m complaining about the service they provide to me at this branch with the hope of change and improvement.

Priscilla was amazing! She helped my girlfriend find what she needed and went above and beyond great customer service. This was the first time we had been to this location and she made it a great experience!

This branch is, by far, the best! Knocked down a star as they are almost always out of popular sizes and don’t stock up as often.However, the staff here is amazing! They don’t make you feel rushed and have some light conversations with you and sometimes even share personal product recommendations which I appreciate.

Really rude staff at this location. I came to pick out underwear and she’s complaining to her manager in front of me about customers who pick out underwear’s and leave them… and manager agreeing with her like “yeah! Idk why they do that” very uncomfortable and awkward while trying to shop. Save your gossip in private or on your break, not in front of a customer.

My friend and I experienced an unfortunate event at the Richmond Centre La Vie En Rose on July 13th.The change room attendant had the audacity to accuse me of potentially taking a bikini piece. I walked into the change room with two pieces (a bikini set), tried it on, and walked out with the two pieces. The change room attendant then suggested I brought in three pieces of items into the change room. I reassured her I only had two. We went back and fourth with this a few times. I then stepped back and asked her where she thought the third piece of item was, as I am only wearing a thin dress and holding my cell phone. Her aggression was so intense it somehow made me feel like I had to redeem myself and ended up pulling up my dress, showed her the shorts, underwear, and bra I was wearing just to prove there were no hidden pieces. As this was happening, I quickly realized that this was unacceptable behaviour. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer and as a human. She had no evidence behind her accusation and yet she pushed and pressured me to the point where I felt belittled. Accusing someone of theft is a serious offense and should not be taken lightly. It was highly inappropriate of her to magnify the situation into basically coercing someone to strip in order to redeem innocence.My friend was in the other change room and I could hear the change room attendant screaming at her. My friend innocently took one extra item into her change room, making it six instead of five, because she honestly forgot she had to swap items.Is this how she treats all your customers? Is it really necessary to have a change room warden?I am both appalled and disappointed in the customer service at this location.Zero stars!

I absolutely loved their store! I bought new merchandise, older on sale stuff, ans all if it was beautiful and well made.I am saving my new nighty for a special occasion!
