We have had the pleasure of working with Knifey and Spooney on a number of occasions. They have catered work events and took into consideration all dietary requirements; came to our home and set up a fabulous buffet from my husband's 50th birthday; and hosted fabulous in-person and zoom cooking classes. Their food is always incredible and they are super fun to work with. They are ready to help make special occasions even more special and encourage you to try options you hadn't considered before!

Rad and Christina know how their way around a kitchen and are brilliant in sharing their passion for all things vegan. Classes are fun, interactive and super educational not to mention delicious. Absolutely worth checking regardless of your culinary skills.

Local Business, run by the most beautiful family, that makes the yummiest vegan food you have ever had the pleasure of tasting!! I have tried things I never imagined could be vegan and I was delighted by how delicious it was, after that I was on the path to plant based!! If you're unsure about vegan food I highly recommend them as I've shared the Applewood smoked sausage with a die hard meat eater and they had no idea!!

Absolutely delicious cake and impeccable service. Knifey Spooney created the *most* delicious birthday cake I have had the pleasure of serving to party guests in decades. Only after guest were enjoying it -- and literally oohing and aahing over the dreamy-creamy frosting, gorgeous floral decoration, and incredibly moist and delicious cake -- did I reveal that it was vegan. Most were shocked because you would otherwise never know. AND I finally got to have a birthday cake that was delectable (and beautiful) for the first time in forever! Will be promoting their business whenever I have a chance!! :D

I've had their vegan cupcakes which were amazing, it's so hard to find tasty vegan baked goods! I also bought the holiday meal pack and it was sooo good, expertly arranged flavors and well made, very filling, delicious food. This might not matter to some but I like to know who I am supporting: the folks that run this business are also super kind people and even delivered to me when I couldn't pick up. 10/10 service and quality of food

We enjoyed a cooking class with Rad and Christina, and the food was absolutely delicious! The class was lecture-style unfortunately, rather than hands-on, and we wished that we could have cooked along with them. But the food was amazing!

We could not recommend Knifey Spooney enough! Christina and Rad catered our wedding and everything from cocktail hours apps to dinner and late night snacks, was absolutely delicious! Absolutely everyone was telling us how amazing the food was and the food was literally flying off people's plates! Highly recommend trying their food or using them to cater your next event!

Rad and Christina are two wonderful souls here in Kingston that make eating vegan so accessible, delicious and fun! I've been lucky enough to attend pop up dinner events, visit at markets, and snag a frozen meal or two in the many stores around town. Personally I would say the pizzas, mac&cheese, sausages, and cupcakes are the bomb.com and could convince anyone that vegan can be just as tasty. So grateful for you two offering tasty and local vegan options in this small town.
