After a very bad experience with another company (which I will not name here, for legal reasons) I finally went with Transport JCN. Best choice ever! Those people were curteous, beyond professional and always ready to help. I cannot recommend them enough - simply put, if you guys want an excellent job done at a very reasonable price, go with Transport JCN, you won't regret it!

JCN Transport really come through for our small orchestra, moving a piano up a tricky flight of stairs with the utmost confidence and ease. We'll be using their service again! Merci Transport JCN !

After numerous e-mails and calls to try and get an accurate quote, based on pictures of our furniture that we sent, they increased their price by $15/hr due to apparent weight of items. We prepared everything so they had no disassembly/assembly work to do, just wrap, load and unload. While they had one experienced man on the job, the other 2 were not. Cigarette breaks started after just one hour of work and the complaining about the work was non-stop. What should have taken a max of 5 hrs based on the estimate (and that of many others who quoted on the job), it took them a total of 7.5, at least $250 more than expected. They were also quite clear that a tip was expected. Worse of all, they left two very heavy pieces in the hallway claiming they were unable to carry them to the 2nd floor destination. While they promised to come back and finish the job (only for more $$), after 2 weeks we had to hire another mover at considerable expense to complete the job since JCN never came back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Un excellent service, autant lors de la planification du déménagement puisque j'ai due devancé la date, que lors du déménagement du piano même. Le tout était rapide, efficace et sécuritaire et dans le respect de la plage horaire donnée. Bon tarif aussi. Je recommande !
