I normally ordered the winter melon milk tea and it normally tastes good. But my recent order was very bad with very diluted taste. I went back to the shop and asked the staff to fix the order, what I got back was way too sweet drink and I have to throw it away. The quality need to be improved. Different staff come with different quality. I even experienced one time a milk tea with no syrup but I can't go back to complain since I drove away already. I normally order 50% sweet from the other milk tea shop just FYI. One time I order drink with coffee jelly but I got lycee jelly instead. I am very disappointed.

Only tried the fruit teas. Not sure if it was just ill-prepared but probably the worst bbt I've had. Staff was nice and helpful: earning the second star

Have been quite happy with this place in the past but the last 2 times have been disappointing. Ordered a drink online with tapioca and jelly and only received the jelly despite still paying for the tapioca as well.This time my drink was extremely diluted tasting, absolutely no jasmine flavour only a slight bitterness as if the tea has steeped way too long or as if it’s the bottom of the barrel. The jasmine milk tea usually has a light green colour to it a this time it was pure white. Not sure what’s happening with the quality here.

I go there as a Treat for my Grandkids. I especially like the Passion Fruit tea with Mango burst balls. The kids tend to get the smoothies. Absolutely a real treat. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going as something out of the ordinary. Hope they are here forever.

This place got the best bubble tea in town. A great selection of drinks and someting for everyone. The guy attended me is very friendly and accomodating. Refreshing drinks…Well Priced…Nice Ambience…Will definitely recommend❤️❤️❤️

Bubble tea?!?!?! More like bubble barf! Ordered a blue raspberry lemonade or something like that (the blue should have been the first warning), but really wanted something refreshing and that sounded like it would be, and the person working behind the counter agreed. But my stomach did not agree with it and it was definitely not refreshing when it came back up for a second tasting!
