I use to be a delivery driver and this place use to be so run down I visited it today and honestly can't believe how much it has improved.

For the most part residents are friendly. Rent is decent.

I just want to say thank you to Terri Lynn and the rest of the team that works here at Hillside. I just signed my third lease and I'm very thankful and happy with everything. I enjoy living here and I look forward to the next year and many more.

Service is wonderful !

Quiet place beauty sight

The maintenance issues noted when I moved in were never repaired (or even addressed for that matter). This apartment is not what it seems in the photos. Unpleasant activity at all hours of the night and generally not well supervised.

Warning! If you are looking for a nice family oriented complex to live, go somewhere else, this is not the proper place for families or people with kids.Addicts and homeless people sneak into the buildings all the time, you can find needles all around the complex.Overnight move outs and just last Christmas a whole unit was thrown out through the window, literally all the furniture and belongings were in between two buildings for over a week.Cops are around constantly.The property is not well taken cared of.People smoking pott and cigarettes in and outside the buildings.Sidewalks are falling apart with multiple tripping hazards and not to mentioned the parking lot, the asphalt is full of cracks and potholes.Good luck if you go outside at night because there is no proper lightening to the parking lot and there is some stairs that are not well illuminated.Finally, they are not willing to negotiate to renew your lease and they just create fees out of nowhere, they charge for Administration, environmental, parking and security. Not a single time I’ve seen security rounds or anything in the complex but they still charge $25 every month on top of the rent.Terrible leasing and management team.My name is Ed Garcia from Unit 105-3920 50th Ave
