In my opinion Property Guys may be cheaper than a realtor but you definitely get what you pay for. I would never again consider using Property Guys, a complete waste of money in my opinion.

We had gone with property guys a couple of years ago and our house didn’t sell at the time and Jeff reassured us that if we wanted to list again we could at no extra charge and he was true to his word we just sold it a couple of weeks ago. Very bad experience. I signed an offer with the seller using property guys offer form and the following day seller has moved away with the other person who has offered higher than what we signed the deal. Very unprofessional. I sent a message to Property guys too but they didn't take any action. A very disappointed.

Wish I could give zero stars. First they misrepresent their products by telling me I can get 6 months listing on MLS for $499. Then when I try to do that they tell me it costs more to be on the MLS. Just a lie to lure me. They tell me it cost $999 more to be on the MLS. So I said ok and i get the bill for $1599=tx rather than $1498. I told them that doesn't add up so they said will give it to you for $1398 to make up the mistake. I said ok. Then they send me a contract with the wrong address on it. I said wrong address and they said that's ok Sign it anyway it's a standard form. I insisted they put the proper address on the form and they said they didn't want to deal with me.
