Good price on door - as long as you don't need any repairs. I waited 5 weeks for someone to show up, finally had to call someone else. Told me multiple times that they were coming but never showed up. I need to use my door for work but I guess that does not matter to them.Mike Watkins

I didn't know until they were finished and packing up their tools (including cc any small bits of debris) that they are a family owned and operating company. Thanks for the referral from Dave Savage of Odessa Home Hardware. Awesome family run businesses. I won't shop anywhere else.

I called Draper Doors this afternoon for a repair. Fortunately, they were just finishing a job in the area and came right over. They repaired the door in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them for any overhead door service. Very personable and efficient.

Had a garage door instaled by Drapper Doors few days ago. Angie handled the order, crew came and installed with no issues. Fair price, good quality product, excellent customer service and responsivness. All in all, a smooth and no headache transaction from begining to the end. Definitely worth recommending.

Was referred by a neighbor . Joe had some good recommendations. Service was good the crew was punctual and cleaned up afterwards. Pricing was very reasonable . Most importantly, the job cost what was quoted 2 months ago and not a cent more. I'd recommend to a neighbor as well.

Had a Haas Garage door installed on our house in Kingston. Extremely happy with Draper doors. The service was very good.I phoned Joe Draper and he came over to our house the same day, temporarily fixed our broken door so it closed, and provided me with a quote for a replacement, all at no charge.Thanks.

What a great experience start to finish. I called them and they had the door I wanted in stock which is pretty much unheard of in this current covid climate. I gave them the go ahead on Friday and Joe told me they would be out next week to do it. They showed up on Monday which shocked me because typically when a company says they are gonna show up next week that's construction speak for late next week or the following week. Luckily I had started my trusses from the front of my garage and had five up when they arrived allowing them to install the door. It looks, and operates like a dream! Thanks
