40 minutes for one single order.Dirty and messy place. Ants around windows (see photos).Wait a minute, Why this McDonald is so outdated? They don't have a screen to show thr status of orders. They don't even know who have ordered what and they blindly gave the wrong order to customers.

absolutely horrible i ordered online and i called because the door was locked she said oh i don’t speak english and hung up. I called again she heard my voice then hung up all meanwhile i already ordered. I called several times one of them where she said she was busy and simply hung up until she picked up after i got mad she suddenly spoke good english and understood me fully. horrible service very rude everytime i called i was very respectful and nice until i lost it when i realized she was doing it on purpose.

I ordered 40 chicken nuggets and 4 meals at 11:15 pm via Uber eat and I saw the driver was waiting for like 20 minutes at this location through the app. The order delivered at 11:45 and upon opining the bag we only received the drink such a bad place to order food from and they did not even send the straws with the drinks

Where to start. Staff isn't friendly. They always seem to mess up on your orders. Either the fries are disgusting, or the burger meat isn't fresh. Sometimes if you're really unlucky, both of them are disgusting. I actually stopped going for an entire year before I decided to try again today. Well, at least they're consistent. The burger meat was dried up, but the fries were fresh. The staff clearly doesn't want to be there. I'm done with McDonald's. A&W seems to be consistently better

Am shocked. The girl didn’t get my order because she didn’t understand what does it mean ( vanilla ice cream regular one ( standard one) in a waffle cup, l don’t know how to explain it with more details , l spent my time in a huge line! Am pregnant and get absolutely horrible service! I Don’t recommend that MC .

Good when they wanna be. Horrible when they wanna be. Never have chaussons (apple pies) one of mcdonalds most iconic snacks. They dont have Wraps or many fresh baked goods… They use the excuse that it’s a small location to be less than mediocre. It was one of the best McDonald’s locations about 4 years ago. Now it’s a big hit or a big miss.

We never received our order, it was a mobile order and it says open 24hrs and close at midnight. We placed the order on the mobile app and got there around 10:45pm and we could see a staff inside. The light was off and the staff saw us and avoid us. It’s one of the worst mcdo in blainville.
