Children's Dental World

My kids have been visiting Children’s dental world from the beginning. Dr. Biber & staff have always gone above and beyond to make the kids feel welcome & comfortable. It’s always been a positive & fun experience. I highly recommend it as the best children’s dental clinic. My kids are now 12 & 15 and they still enjoy going.

In the time frame of approx 6 weeks we have had an appointment with the regent location 1x, spoken to the dental financing (angel) in procedure financing, and had a paediatric dental surgery under general anesthesia (yesterday).The regent appointment was a great experience. They were thorough, knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. The wait time sucks but obviously is understandable.The lady in the financing dept is the friendliest and deserves a raise- not because she did me anything extra, or did any favours or “hooked me up” because I didn’t ask her too and that would make this review biased. She is truly the kindest, most willing and able to “work with you” and knows every single aspect of the job she needs to do, better helping me comprehend where every cent is being allocated. It’s rare to find someone who is so willing to give you a breakdown of those things without getting frustrated- and she really didn’t. She was extremely respectful and kind the whole time. Financing a medical procedure can feel a little overwhelming but not once was there a reason for me to feel that way knowing she keeps an open line and truly can give appropriate answers.The surgical procedure yesterday was enough to turn any mother into an anxious basket case. General anesthesia on a four year old has to be the most terrifying decision I’ve ever had to make for him. I asked friends. I asked family. I asked social media. There was nothing that prepared me for what I would feel waving him down the hallway. He was smiling the whole time. He was happy to hold the hands of the friendly nurses. They took incredible care of him. The dentist himself worked in record time, and within about an hour I was able to hold him, after having work on what ended up being 10 teeth in total.This was a decision that wasn’t made lightly. Children’s Dental world, as a whole, put our fears at ease, didn’t try to charge us extra or “sneak in extra fees” and I feel ultimately did exactly what they intend to do, by putting the dental health of the child first.If I could give more stars on this one experience I absolutely would.

Such a friendly environment. They were able to do a filling same day as they had a cancellation. The dentist provided an amazing experience for my daughter. He gave her a mirror so she could watch the entire process. He showed her the tools and explained or demonstrated how they all worked before using them and while using them. He was very enthusiastic and made her laugh. It was just an overall great experience!

10/10, this was our first visit at the South Practice on Pembina. Very clean, very thorough, patient and friendly. Thank you Dr. N Lekic, and your amazing assistants - front desk staff. My son did amazing, and was very happy to hear he received a token for the No Cavity Club! We will absolutely be back, see you in 6 months!

0 stars. Absolutely disgusting the way the hygienist and dentist treated my son with sensory processing disorder. I will absolutely never return and will be sharing our horrible experience with everyone we know. Filing a formal complaint.

I just took my almost 2 year old here for her first ever dentist appointment. While the check up itself went fine and only took about 5 minutes, the overall experience was not great. They keep us waiting over 25 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. I was also extremely disappointed by the waiting room. I thought a children's dentist would have a lot more toys and activities for kids to play with while they wait. I definitely was expecting more than some mega bloks, a few books, a tiny tv and a fish tank to high for my toddler to see without being lifted up.

I brought my 3 year old for this first time on her birthday. I was apprehensive because it was her first time. From waiting in the waiting room, where she was mesmerized with the fish tank to sitting in the dental chair, it all went so smoothly. The staff made her feel so welcome, gave her extra toys for her birthday and were just so kind. It’s been 2 days since her appointment and all she can say now is, let’s go to the dentist multiple times a day! Thank you so much
